24 Hour Fitness

The lady last night at the front around 1130 pm should either be fired or choose a different line of work. Constantly she was yelling and screaming about people’s accounts and even threw the scanner and the monitor on the floor. Her outbursts of anger was despicable.

This gym is filthyyyyyyyyyyyy! Biggest issue for me is that the Pool/sauna area looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a year, floors in general are filthy, tops of machines are dusty.Extremely crowded at times. Be prepared to wait a long time for specific equipment.

Black mold on walls in the gym I did the 3 day trial to test out the facility and see how things went. Glad I did the trial because I will not be joining this gym. It is disgusting how unclean this facility is I wish the city would shut it down definitely a health code violation.

This place was great pre-covid. It's getting worse thereafter. Uncleanliness and scattered equipment is a common thing.All around Sauna area is extremely un-hygienic.Moreover, it was highly embarrassing to see a person/kid moving inside sauna and spitting all over. When it was informed, the receptionist assured of immediate action. Upon follow up over the phone, the receptionist said he'd inform the management and kept my phone on hold in search of a management guy. It was highly embarrassing, that after reporting such unhealthy incident, no action was taken.

I have been a member of 24 Hour Fitness for almost 25 years now and been to most locations in the Company from California to Texas to Colorado. I have always liked this location very much due to the good equipment they have had and space to workout. Lately, it seems pretty dirty each time I go and not really being taken care of. I don't fully blame the staff itself mostly because it is up to the members to take care of this as well by putting things back and wiping equipment after it is done but this is not being done. Also went at 6 PM yesterday and was crowded beyond ability to work out.

Gym needs a 2nd hack sqaut. I waited 40+minutes. 1 main guy plus his friends half the time they were talking. I didn't feel comfortable speaking to front because then if I immediately used the machine they'd probly know it me who said something. He's very possive of anything he's using. Myself I'd never want to seem Un approachable if someone needs to stay on track with thier work-out. I have waited for others but.nevrr thins long

Very big gym and mostly full throughout the day. The sauna is always packed with people. Treadmill and cardio machines are always available. Avoid fighting for weight machines if you can avoid the after work crowd.

Extremely dirty facility, equipment is filthy. I rarely see any staff cleaning the equipment. Ladies locker room is dusty and has hair everywhere. EVERYWHERE. Shower area also poorly cleaned. Every area you walk in you can smell how much they do not clean this facility.

I only got a membership here for the reason of being 24 hr. But this place is super dirty and I have yet to see any actual cleaning being done. I have a membership to another gym, different company and when you compare one to the other in cleanliness it doesn’t even come close. I’m an actual member and I will take pictures so both can be compared and their corporate can actually see. If they are paying someone to clean they are being ripped off!!!!

I've been working out here for 3 years and this is one of my favorite gyms that I've ever worked out in.
