Extremely rude and unprofessional front staff. The guy at the front desk denied me entry (after I drove 30 mins to get there) when I didn't have my key tag, but had a drivers license to confirm it was me that matched to my account. Very poor policy. He then went on to call me a liar when I asked that he let me in this one time and stated that he had let me in multiple times without my key tag before. I've been a member for about 5 years now since back when it was World Gym and this is the worst that it has been.

Completely unprofessional staff. Front desk greeters talk on cell phones and seem bothered if you try to ask them anything.Cleaning staff will park their trash cart right next to the machine your using like people want to huff nice deep breaths of trash while attempting a lift.Any equipment that isn't stationary, I.E. pull down bars, ropes any free weights are Scattered and unorganized. I believe this cycles back to the employees that don't care.I'm not sure if this is the same experience as during the day time, but with 3 small children the evening is when my lifting is done. If you also want to work out in the evening I suggest you not waste your time or money here.

So are gym memberships are established in North Carolina and we move down here for 2 months for a contract and went to this gym, but state-to-state memberships aren't truly recognized in the system yet so it's nice that you have staff and understand that and still allow you to go work out. I greatly appreciate that and this gym is very well laid-out and has plenty equipment even during the peak hours.

I'm not going to lie you can get in a good workout if you're creative and the atmosphere is goodBUT!!My first issue is they are withholding basic equipment from their average members in what I believe is an attempt to get more people to sign up for a personal trainer. This is inexcusable because multiple people have expressed desire to have that equipment available and we are paying about $300/year between the $10/monthand the annual fee (about $150) . It seems like some of the equipment that was once available has been permanently moved to the personal trainer area but they were at least okay with us borrowing things like a medicne ball or a kettle bell and now we are completely cut off from the area.My second issue is how they are going about getting the profile pictures for our accounts. We already took a picture when we initially signed up, so I don't understand why they need a new one. Anyways, I was told by an employee that if someone chooses not to get their picture taken the employees take it anyway without their knowledge. This is disgusting and unprofessional behavior from an established business. Another employee refused to allow me to start my workout by attempting to withhold my membership card until I agreed to take the picture.. he only gave it back once he realized I was not budging on my position. We come there to workout, so taking a picture is the last thing we want to be bothered about especially when they should already have one.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Nice gym and all, but I only needed it for the summer of 2016 when I was in a class that met at NCTC in flower mound.I've been sending certified letters ever since, and have been subject to membership dues for over two years. As of this writing, I am STILL not cancelled. I am about to send another certified letter but have little faith that this company will actually cancel my membership.

This company is a joke when it comes to canceling, the only way to cancel is by sending a letter and yet when they receive it that’s when the cancellation stops. I have sent a letter and my husband orders because he’s military, we no longer live in that area and we don’t even have a fitness connection where we are at now and yet they’re still charging us. I called to see if I can fax the paper work or even take it to the office before we left to make it easy on us but they told me no. We still haven’t heard back from them. Don’t don’t join this company their cancellation policy is a joke and they will rip you off and take your money every month. There is no one you can talk to about it because you have to write a letter to the company. The worse gym I had to deal with being military family we’ve been to a lot of gyms this has been the worst to cancel. They are still taking our money.

So my experience with Fitness connection was a disappointing mess. They start out charging you a one time fee of 245 dollars and then they claim to charge you 10 or 24.99, whatever it is because they were never clear about it, and my last charge was seventy dollars. Where did the sudden mark up come from? I also hadn’t even been there in two months due to a back injury and was STILL getting charged even though they claim not to if you don’t go. All they will hit you with are cheap marketing tactics meant to drain bank accounts. Never trust this company they are total cheats.

This is a nice gym. But the professional training staff and management is anything but professional. Me and my friend signed up for individual traininglessons. They took the money with a smile. We met one trainer who after one leason was suddenly only too busy. And would never answer emails or messages. We asked for a replacement trainer.its been four weeks. And no one has bothered to contact us. The entire episode is a scam. Go to the gym. Dont bother with the personal trainers. They are overbooked and of course the company behind them want nothing to do with us now after they took our money. Also the bathrooms need upgrading. Just dont bother showering there and you'll be fine. Overall horrible experience with this place

I am so glad I joined this this gym, especially with the treatment of Joan. He is a very kind and welcoming guy, he truly makes you feel like the time that your going to be there will be worth it, he pushes you to over pass your limits and achieve your goals in Fitness. I recommend this gym to everyone who wants a space to workout and feel motivated by some truly amazing staff.

I was wary about joining this gym after reading all the bad reviews about awful cancellation policies, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and still check it out. I visited the facility, everything looked great. But once we started talking numbers, the sales rep completely ignored to mention the $149 off deal that they had POSTED ON THEIR ENTRANCE until I mentioned it myself. And when I asked about their cancellation policy, they gave me the same spiel about having to SEND A LETTER to their corporate headquarters. I was even willing to pay up front if I could somehow avoid having to send a letter, but they wouldn't budge. Horrible business model.
