I have been coming to this location for a bit over four month now. At first it was great. The staff is usually pretty friendly. However, the maintenance of this facility has declined. The people who come here have been leaving the equipment all over the place. They don't wipe any of the equipment down after use. I have seen leftover hair wads and trash in the showers that were left there for DAYS. People have also left food debris in the water foutains. I kept making the excuse that it's just the people who go there, not the staff. However, what has been the tipping point for me was there was a man at one of the smith machines who had his bare feet on the bar. I don't think I need to explain how unsanitary that is. What was worse is the trainer at the gym walked passed him and did not say anything to him. I will no longer be coming to this location. I would rather not catch an infection just because I am trying to live a healthier life.

Employees sit on the computer or talk to one another; trash bins overflowing all around the gym floor, bathrooms are borderline disgusting. I'd rather shower back in the trailers in Iraq. Equipment us old and almost unserviceable. (Some of the treadmills, etc., are missing safety equipment.) Only, ONLY, good thing about it is its a 24/7 location. Guess they believe that's all they need in Dallas.

Wouldn’t be having a bad experience if it weren’t for the loud, obnoxious hip hop or rap music almost always playing! Sorry but this isn’t a nightclub and I bet most people here aren’t into that.Reply to the response: why should I reach out to the staff personally when I already left my complaint here?
