Planet Fitness is clean and the machines are in good working order. The staff is friendly and attentive.The showers have good water pressure which is more than the gym we recently left had.

Not my favorite Planet Fitness! I discovered that today. Here's what I didn't like.No mirrors for treadmills or elipticals. Nothing wrong with that really, just different than what I'm used to and I prefer the mirrors. -half a star.No chart for the 30 minute workout so who knows what the hail you're supposed to do on the step machines. Employees didn't know. It's not in the app. Ultimately, I didn't use the circuit today because I didn't know what to do. Also, the light for switching stations is only visible from half the workout area. -half a star.The real issue. Not only are we still working with plastic shower curtains like it's summer camp for pre-teens in 1987, the curtains are NASTY! Pretty sure I caught some mold related disease today using the showers. -whole star.

I love this gym (Lewisville location). It is always VERY clean. The staff (especially Rome, Ary, Nikki, Cooper & Liza) always make me feel comfortable and welcome. They are friendly and cater to whatever needs I have at the gym and I am sure other members feel the same. I applaud the staff! I have visited other locations (and some that are a much closer commute), but I select Lewisville as my home location. I just can't say enough good about Lewisville Planet Fitness. Thank you!! You keep me coming to the gym :-)
