Most Important: Encouragement & reinforcement through facility design, management, staff, policies and members of the overarching theme of "all are welcome". "no one is judged", etc. Because of this I have seen hundreds of people over 4 years who would not attend any other gym. There are literally folks so unbelievably out of shape and grotesquely obese here at PF who joyously work out to improve themselves and have fun. This is pure gold! As one who graduated HS in 1981 but was mostly scrawny I never felt comfortable going near any gym. Even in the 1990's when my employer enables us to attend any one of a dozen or so gyms in Denver, I felt palpable sneers, condescending looks, shaken heads and worse as I attempted to develop a sustained workout program. Next...Affordability! $39 a year annual fee, and $25 for Black Card or $10 for regular per month is an amazing deal. Dedicated 24 X 7 when so many other locations are not. Cleanliness. Variety of Machines. Staff help and professionalism. Not overcrowded even at busy times. Black card benefits. Amazing ease of use of machines and other Black Card features. Lighting. TRX. Weights.

Wanted to sign my wife for the special but the special is just a sell tactic and I don't like being sold if you said 24.99 start up and when I ready to pay any now your asking for $112..

The kid at the counter that helped me was great. The facility was clean. And all of the amenities. And the low price for alllllllll of it, omg.

I will never come back to this dirty gym and unprofessional employees I canceled my Membership TWICE in person and on the website I requested a form, it was never sent to me and they had me sign the Epad while telling me "Okay you're no longer a member"and you will not be charged, well the next month I was charged $25 and I called to have a manager tell me there's no proof that I canceled and they will not refund my money even though she saw the day and time I was there at

I’ve been trying to cancel my membership and called three different numbers. I don’t understand why they make it so difficult to cancel your membership. It is such an inconvenience to have to go into the gym or send a letter to cancel.

Broken equipment doesn't get fixed in timely fashion. Some equipment breaks often and stays broken. Poorly run gym.Week after reply from planet fitness below and still broken equipment and more equipment now broken. Sad but I have spoken to management who gives excuses but doesn't seem to care. I've been working out at gyms since 1991 never seen such lack of maintenance.

Planet fitness 24/7...bad enough i gotta deal everything in life but at least there's time to fit planet fitness in my schedule thank you the great staffs neat environment and thank you for being open 24/7

The only reason I go to this facility is for the Hydro Massage and Chair Massage. But overall the staff that I have been exposed to are great, for example the employee Rome is very friendly and has a positive smile on his face :-)

Great place to work out. Clean equipment and well maintained gym. Parking lot condition is the only thing keeping me from giving this gym 5 stars.
