Great place but the staff said I had 8 minutes until the person before me was done with the hydro bed I waited 20 minutes before I got on it because she wanted to sit at the desk and chat with a guy instead of doing her job I had to check …

Not too bad but they didn't have a squat rack or designated stretching area. I like to cool down with a little yoga normally. I ended up feeling in the way. Would have enjoyed a nice space with mats and mirrors. 00

Disgusting customer service. Very unwelcoming. Specifically, the red head guy with the long beard is very rude and over zealous, not personable at all. I walked in with the intention to purchase a memembership, wallet in hand. However, I had the sudden urge to use the restroom as I was walking into the gym. So, I said "hello" to the man at the front desk and asked where the restroom was located. I said "hello" happily as I was excited to begin my membership. However, I was very abruptly and rudely told that I could not use the restroom there by a skinny red head guy with a long beard. Baffled, I respectfully inquired as to why I could not use the restroom. The man very abruptly and rudely responded that the restroom was "for members only". I replied by informing him that I had walked into Planet Fitness with my wallet in hand to purchase a membership but that I had to use the restroom. At that point the red head guy with the long beard told me that I could sign my name onto a sheet and then go to the restroom. After visiting the restroom, I walked back up to the counter and the man asked me about which membership I was looking to purchase. He didn't apologize for being rude and abrupt or anything. He was not personable or welcoming. At this point I realized, either this guy is racist or just lacking social skills and decent customer service. I asked him if he treated all prospective customers this way prior to them purchaving memberships. He rudely replied with some excuse about some strict "Restroom Policy". I inquired as to the corporate number and he informed me that this location was a Franchise. Then I asked if he was the GM. He said "yes" and proceeded with confrontation. Needless to say I will never come to this gym and alert others of this man, gym, and terrible customer service. I was looking forward to a membership with Planet Fitness and getting friends to sign up.

I get that it's a gym and there's always gonna be a love hate relationship with it. I joined 11 months ago with hopes that maybe for the first time in my 36 years I don't have to be ashamed of how I look. I absolutely love coming here. The staff is fine. They're paid to do a job, and as a manager myself, I have yet to see them do anything I would have objection to. I've never been a member of another gym, but for what they advertise in their business model, they execute well. It's a great place to work out. I pay for services rendered and I am very pleased and happy with the value of my membership. For $21.64 a month, it is well worth it. I travel frequently for work, so being able to go to other locations across the USA is an even bigger plus in my book.Read the contract you sign. Understand the fine print. If you don't understand something, ask.If I had any complaint about the company overall, it would be the option to have the monthly fees charged to a card vs a checking account. I'm not a fan of giving out checking account information to companies, so to circumvent my hesitation I just opened a separate account with my bank that's used for the sole purpose of paying PF dues. I put $21.64 in, and $21.64 goes out.All in all, I am very, VERY happy being a member. You get out what you put in - and if you stick with it, you'll see the results. I was intimidated 11 months ago just walking in the door, to the point of having a full out anxiety attack LOL, but you're amongst people who, for the most part, are just trying to do the same thing you are. I'm down 42 pounds and counting, and every time I walk in the door, I'm reminded of that and it pushes me to be even better.

Never had a problem. Locker rooms are consistently maintained as well as the equipment. I enjoy working out here and the environment is very positive as well. Despite being in a "sketchy" location, it is a great gym to be a part of.

Great place to be a member of for maintaining physical fitness. The gym is good and quite large. The machines are great and well maintained. For each type, there are a good number of options - especially the treadmill and cycle.Timings are good - what more you can do than keeping it open 24 hours. Very convenient as it provides you the option to skip the rush hours and do gyming at the time convenient to you. Even during rush hours, there is a high chance that you will get the machine you want without much wait time. There is a 30-minute workout system which is great for full body workout.Good clean washrooms with a good number of showers and availability of clean drinking water. There are many options for energy drinks as well. Overall, in terms of facilities, it is one of the best. The staff is good and very helpful. Most of the processes went smoothly without any hassles.Pricing is very affordable. Definitely, my most preferred place to gym.

I called Planet Fitness today for my husband who's asthmatic. I've belonged to the same gym for TWELVE YEARS, but it is ladies only. Needless to say, I haven't had any reason to call any other gyms until today when I was looking for him …

The General manager at this location has no respect for her paying customers. Today she had the nerve to come up to my son as he was on a machine behind me to ask him how old he was. He being startled as an older lady who you don't know is asking you personal questions when she can ask your mother who is right in front of you, answered he was 12 forgetting he had a 13th birthday just this past May. She basically kicked us out and said she would call the police b/c I was threatening her when I started raising my voice. Out of all the people there she came to pick on the Hispanic young boy who has a scan card of his own with his info on it including his age. We have been going for about 2 months now and have never seen this Stephanie person until today. Where was she when we signed up for services to enforce those rules? Or how do her employees not know to inform their customers of such policies? Then to threaten a paying customer because she didn't like my questions is just appalling as well. She laughed when I said she would be hearing from my lawyers. She doesn't know what parents will do to protect their children from people like her. We will see who gets the last laugh. Only reason I don't rate this place a zero is because I can't.

I don't work out there as often as I should. What can I say?....I'm older and getting up early in the morning to work out can be a chore. But it is a great gym to work out at. The only complaint I have would be that they don't have any stair master machines.Other than that, it's great.

By far the rudest staff i have ever encountered. Super poor customer service. My boyfriend has a membership here and I wanted to try the gym and amenities before purchasing a member. You know like a trial pass like 24 hour fitness does as well as many others!! They just looked at me like I was stupid and gave me the worst attitude when I would ask a question. This experience has ruined the whole experience of me ever wanting to use planet fitness! I will probably never set foot in one again....
