The staff at the front desk needs to be put through a customer service training course at minimum. I'm so tired of the attitudes that I get from a lot of them when coming in and asking to use the massage chairs. They act as if it is a burden and not part of their job. Most of them seem to be bothered in general by working there and would much rather visit with one another than help the guests. Today I was approached and told that I was being too loud while I was working out. I was in the middle of an intense workout. In order to get the best results, I was talking myself through it. I am a Marine, so I was saying, "who's gonna carry the boats?" I was told that I could not be saying things out loud. I beg to disagree when I am not saying anything profane or threatening. I will be back and I will be getting after it again!!!!

For first-timers it would have been nice to get a tour, be told what's what, etc. However we had to give each other the tour and figure it out. I think just being more attentive to customers that are new and express they are new would mean a lot.We have been paying for 2 months and no one even sent us a hello or anything. First time to the gym last night. Is there a welcome gift or anything to say hey we appreciate new business. I don't know seemed very low effort towards us when we went. The trainer did come by once to make sure we were using a machine correctly otherwise this review would have been 3 ⭐s.

Staff are friendly. Both staff and gym-goers do a pretty good job of keeping the equipment clean. Some machines are out of order, but there are plenty of other bars and dumbbells you can use instead. Highly recommend!

Trash dirty gym, guy who works night has a terrible attitude and is smoking pot outside and comes in reeking of weed. Don’t recommend

The worker is Afro hair at this location , I said thanks and smile at him when I leave the gym , he just gave me the most judgmental eyes probably due to my skin of color.

I wish they would use the lunk alarm one of this person working out! He comes in the gym speaking loud and singing loud during his workout! I tend to leave when he is there because of him! Left for 2 years and back he is still doing this!!

I like going here because it's clean and the machines are in great condition. Only the TV's aren't hooked up right. You can only hear the sound from a couple of channels , the rest of the channels are static
