Always very clean! The associates are friendly and give great fitness advice. It truly is a ‘no judgment zone,’ meaning it’s a comfortable place for beginners, like me, as well as advanced athletes. Plus it’s really affordable.

Does anyone else feel like it's crazy hot in there? The whole place is like a sauna and the back room is even hotter. The thing is that it's been like that for a while so I thought the ac was getting repaired but no it's always like that. The staff at the front said they cant lower the temperature. Can management do something to fix the temperature? Please and thanks

I remember couple months ago an Asian male employee threatening me to cancel my membership just because I forgot to scan when I walk in and started accusing me of not having a membership. I then calmed myself and tried to show him I'm a black card member but he never wanted to listen, the man kept following me around the locker room, and the next time I come my possessions in my locker was gone. It's not a member who took my stuff, I'm 100% sure, since it was locked with a combination lock it's someone from the inside most likely the man(employee) himself. I Tried to reach out to staff via email and calls, incase it is kept in a designated area after being removed from inside. However I got no response back. I genuinely trusted some of my important items will be safe at PF because I had good experiences before, until that day. I hope who did that realizes how much damage they caused. Still hopeful y'all kept it though.

I like PF overall, but this location has two leg machines that have been broken for over a month. The front desk employee just recommended a few other locations with more involved management, because they said they have no idea if/when the machines will be repaired and acknowledged that a number of other members had already complained, to no avail.

If you follow me you know me. I don't waste my time nor yours. I do a lot of traveling. I'm a Black Card member for over 10yrs. I've been from Toronto Canada to the the tip of Texas in Brownsville Texas using my membership. I must say this is one of my favorite locations. Easily accessible right off I-35 in Lewisville Texas. Easy access and 24/7 hours. I highly recommend this location whether you live there or just passing thru. J

So this is my gym. I'm here all the time. All the staff is friendly. They just got new equipment and keep the place very clean. Highly recommend!

Thalia is such a great employee. Every time I come in and she’s there, she greets me with a bright smile and kindness. I enjoy coming here to work out because of her.

I'm a trucker and I've been many PFs across the country. I go here often out of convenience bc our terminal is 2 miles away. Pretty standard. The equipment is showing its age. I use showers at PFs constantly and this place really needs to renovate their shower area. Its probably one of the worst shower area I've used at a PF but its still better than most truck stops. The pipes stink bc of the age of the building etc, fixtures are old and corrosion etc. Not that its so bad that I won't come use the facility, but let's say when I do have the chance to go to another PF in the area or on my route, ill tend to go to another location. For example today I skipped this location to go to the one in Wichita Falls..... Just my 2 cents.

I agree with many comments mask use not enforced, a few members are really loud and obnoxious with nothing said to them. One person jogs in the gym with no mask, and not addressed.I like the convenience but it’s like this staff has zero knowledge on how Covid spread works.

Great place to workout, however horrible service regarding billing practices. Planet Fitness will NOT inform their customers of when annual fees are deducted as a courtesy and will not refund if you cancel your membership literally the following day. Sad day when companies STEAL money from customers that are not even using their services. After being a member on and off for years, my anniversary date has changed. No plans on returning and giving this company another dime. The GM refused to be of any assistance and opted to decline my request for a refund.
