We started training with Andrew in August, we train 3 days a week for an hour a day. We walked in after a long summer of eating and drinking, knowing we had a big wedding to attend in November…he whipped us in shape so fast! Collectively we have lost about 30 lbs! Andrew is a blessing, Proformance is a blessing, the team is absolutely fantastic, they are such a family! Now that the wedding is over we continue our routine 3 times a week and have Andrew to thank for it all….thank you guys deeply!!

Ryan is a fantastic trainer! My biggest goal was to get in shape to hike and stay fit without getting hurt. Technique and form are so important with strength training and Ryan does an amazing job at modifying and adjusting the program to meet my individual needs. I have never done the same workout twice and the results have been great. Investing in my health and getting a personal trainer is one of the best things I have ever done for myself. Ryan is compassionate, knowledgeable, and excellent at his job.

I came across PROFormance when I was trying to find a personal trainer to help me out with my cycling goals. I sent them an email and they responded right away to schedule my free consult. On the day of consult, Alan spent a lot of time asking me questions about my previous fitness record, my goals and diet. He also made me do some exercises to gauge my balance and movement abilities and drew up a plan of action. That year I completed my first century ride. And did another metric century the year afterI’m so glad I picked PROFormance as my fitness partner .Great company - Great people and big THANKS to Alan for helping me reach my goals!!Highly recommend them!!!

I was an athlete in high school and played a year of college baseball. Andrew is the best coach I have ever had. He knows how to motivate me and challenge me better than anyone I have ever met. He is so positive and like-able. I want to get in shape as much for him as for myself. I’ve only been working with him for 1 month, but I have already lost 10 lbs and gained muscle. Thank you, Andrew!
