I have been working with Sarah since November of last year on both strength and nutrition and have had a great experience with her and ProFormance overall! She has been attentive to my goals and current ability while also pushing me beyond my comfort zone. I look forward to and thoroughly enjoy my mornings at the gym. The rest of the staff and clients are all so friendly and have created a great community that I am glad to be a part of! Highly recommend ProFormance for any training needs!

ProFormance has given me back the excitement to begin working out again. But Jack has given me the motivation to truly enjoy working out again. As someone who used to be a cross country runner with low body fat and not much weight lifting experience ever, Jack has patiently worked and taught me so much already. The positivity in the gym is refreshing. I was worried to start working out again because I had a perspective and fear that I would be judged. Not at ProFormance. It’s a place that allows you to work personally with a trainer and develop a plan that’s right for you, free of judgement. The environment is very clean and also the culture is very lighthearted. Jack has helped to push me and give me confidence I thought I had long lost! Highly recommend ProFormance and highly recommend working with Jack!

Cannot recommend this place enough!!!I started my journey here just over 18 months ago, and it has been one of the best decisions of my life. Working with Ryan, Cary, Brian, Andrew and the rest of the team, I’ve seen great improvements not just in my physical strength, but overall well being. The in-house physical therapist (Dr. Jackie) is top notch. If you’re in the area and looking for a place to start your fitness journey, or a place to help keep ya motivated and accountable, you couldn’t find a better spot.

Just over 60 yrs of age, and dragged my out of shape, "post" COVID body back to the gym. Proformance, just like before I left, remains an excellent fit for those needing motivation and who typically "don't like gyms" (me!) I've found Ryan Sierota to be an excellent trainer--not one muscle strain or similar injury since I've been back (over 6 months.) Ryan is knowledgeable, attentive, easy-going, and likable. He combines many of the qualities that you would find in a good PT with his Exercise Physiology education and background. No cookie cutter workouts, Ryan pays attention to your body and what you want to accomplish. Great staff (Cary, Bert, Coach Ray, Andrew...really everyone + plus two super chilled dogs.) All-in-all, a comfortable, friendly, encouraging, (not crowded) atmosphere welcoming all ages, body-types, levels of fitness. Hard to go wrong here!!

Some dear friends gave me a gift certificate to Proformance fifteen years ago, and I have been a loyal client ever since! The facility is well-equipped and very clean, and the staff is both knowledgeable and friendly. My trainer Bert keeps me in shape!

Alan is awesome! He is very knowledgeable, relaxed, very comfortable to work with and exceeded my expectations. He knows his stuff and provides very helpful advice and tips throughout the workout and after. On top of all this, he worked with my goals, keeps me accountable. I’m happy and excited to get back on track from a long break. Highly recommended!!

I began training at ProFormance in August after gaining weight as a result of sitting at home during the COVID-19 pandemic & it’s incredible what a difference I’ve seen in my overall health in just four months. ProFormance aims to help their clients achieve a healthier lifestyle by expressing the importance of balancing exercise, nutrition, hydration, and sleep. Coming from someone who has never been an athlete or participated in personal training prior to ProFormance, I’ve been 100% comfortable while progressing tremendously and learning so much from my trainer, Gavin. I’m thankful to be a part of the ProFormance team and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to make a positive change to their emotional, physical, and mental health!
