Planet Fitness

Canceled 2 memberships after 6 weeks because of a month to month membership. After being charged $106.08 that was supposed to be taken out later in the year... This place is only after money... not there to help you in any way. Should have listened to other people saying, "Do to go to planet fitness!" I know they took it out early because the lack of sign-ins. I have two of the same paperwork with different dates on them. It's really easy to change a date on a computer file

I love the gym. What I don't love is that people are playing on the phone at workout machine and I have to stand and wait for the person to stop texting or playing an app. Today, a guy literally spent 15 minutes talking on a phone at the preacher curls machine and there were 3 employees just hanging out at front desk and not one of them walked the floor to monitor. I do cardio workout and knock out 12 workouts in 30 minutes. Today, I spent 52 minutes. Disappointing

Plenty of space to workout. Pretty slow on Sunday about 4pm. Clean

I never felt comfortable working out with others around me but everyone was really friendly and staff always made sure it was a judge free zone love this place!

In El Paso the treadmills were switched for really basic treadmills. I like the ones here at this location because they are not basic. The layout is great for a quick workout. Doesn't feel like it's crowded.

Got stereo typed by staff , a police officer walked in and was looking for someone, the young lady at the desk pointed 👉 at me and officer was clearly looking for someone else , but the young lady thought it ok to point out the guy with all the tattoos. And the big guy that comes in at six makes it a point to follow me around locker room like I'm trying to steal , judgement free my @$$ 😆, but I don't go for them .

Great gym. The "judgment free zone" tag line is true. The trainer was extremely helpful and set up a routine according to my goals. The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is very clean👌. Highly Recommend this gym and location! …

I've been training with my daughter at planet fitness and I have seen the best results.

it is well worth the money for a membership. Laid back atmosphere & new(er) updated equipment
