Good environment and good machines and weights. Only problem is the Smith machines and the amount of squat racks. Using the smith machines are mad uncomtrable and there are only 4 racks for 66 people.

Beware beware bewareI subscribed for month to month cancrl anytime. They double charge my account I never visited not even a day when I realized that they had charged doble I cancel immediately. I asked for refund they refused. I do not recommend this to anyone just beware

Management is ok but my favorite thing is that even during the busy time, they are not packed. Crunch is always full and so is the tech rec center. This is a great alternative and cheaper membership compared to anywhere else.

They say they are open but during late night hours it's a hit or miss. The staff wasn't there at 12 am nor 1 am Mondays and this has happened more then once. Their bathrooms and showers on the men side have never been thoroughly cleaned. The mats had hair on them for days and a piece of gum sat in one of the showers for months. The staff isn't willing to work with their members as much as they lead on to say, I've had multiple times staff members would point to other staff members about specific questions such as the new renovation they are going through and not have answers for me.

Clean and well organized gym. My only complaint care the hours. Would loved for this location to be 24hrsEDIT: staff is invasive. I don’t really care what the reason, Planet Fitness staff shouldn’t touch their patrons. Will be looking for another gym where male employees don’t touch women

So over the last year and a half, I did a lot of traveling for work. One of the best parts of being a PF member was that almost everywhere I went, I knew I had a spot to work out. What sets Lubbock apart is that every time I come home, I know they have done their best to keep everything squared away and it’s honestly one of the cleanest PF’s Ive been to. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Great gym, but with a caveat. If you are into weightlifting this place is not for you. There are a total of 4 combination squat/bench racks so they are always being used. Other than that, it's clean, quiet, and there are a ton of other machines to use.

I've worked out at more than 30 PF clubs throughout the entire country, and this is definitely one of the absolute BEST! This facility is HUGE! They have the maximum quantity and variety of equipment that you'll find in any of the largest PF clubs, and they spread out the machines here better than I've seen in any other gyms. Everything seemed clean, and it wasn't crowded at all in the morning when I went.

If you move, make sure to cancel this while you still can do it in person. If not they will want you to jump through a bunch of hoops to do it. Pro tip - they will tell you to send a certified letter or they can't close it and there is "no other way". But if you just keep calling and being "difficult" they will eventually admit that you can do it through email just to be rid of you. What do you know....amazing! There IS another way! Who'd have guessed?As for your response....WHY is that the policy?? In person, so a salesman can try and pressure you out of it? Certified letter because people are statistically likely to forget or give up? If it was honest and transparent, then, in 2022, it would be a simple button on a website membership. You know why it isn't. Don't play like you don't.

The staff is always nice and the gym itself is super clean! Of course you'd need to wipe the machines down yourself between uses but the restrooms are immaculate. I love the massage chairs as well the showers are amazing but the hydromassages should be available 24/7 to the black card members and the guest as well.
