The place is lit and arranged like a hospital. Dull and dreary. Idk why this gym and it’s positioning of equipment feels outdated and uninspired compared to other locations. They need to freshen up the atmosphere and maybe add a rack or two extra since it appears the squat/bench machines are just sitting spots for majority of the patrons. Potential for five star here

Usually not that long of wait if no wait on most the equipment, other than the smith machines which are usually always full if crowd meter hits 2 or more bars. Very clean and all equipment is in great condition.

Really enjoy this gym and the atmosphere. Very welcoming and comfortable, just wish they were open longer on weekends

Starting to get a little dated. Would love rowing machines and more hydromassage beds. It's frustrating to pay for the Black Card and not have access.

Do not enroll in Planet fitness from May - September, teenagers goes for free during thay period and the gym is a nightmare because there aren't machines available and there are kids all over.

Clean. Many workout machines for every want and need. Nice facilities, showers, lockers etc. Friendly staff. Smartphone option with modern day popular application interaction.

I usually wouldn’t have any complaints regarding the gym but its like they’re closed every other day now! Members should definitely have got a month free in December & it looks like the same is starting for January.

Has gone way downhill after letting 14 to 19 year olds workout for free.More 14 year olds here than the high school.If you want to not wait in line for machines behind kids who have no idea how to workout, find a different gym.

I have been a black card member with planet Fitness for awhile and they have always been exceptional. When had an accident and was told I would never go back to the gym, They were right there helping me and encouraging me every step of the way.

I thought that like any other subscription it would cancel when you don't pay it.I was wrong.After not paying it their systems continue to try charging the payment method regardless of wether there is any money in it or not.I have been trying to cancel my membership but since I live in a different state than when I made the membership I need to send a letter and pay around 100 USD to get the account canceled.Added on top of that the old account I no longer use it at around negative 80 to 90 USD.Because the system kept trying to charge me.I am livid, this should not happen.I will not get another subscription to planet fitness again.I am still trying to get it canceled right now.
