Friendly staff. My trainer is awesome to work with. He pushes me each time although I leave barely able to walk, the results are worth it. He takes into account any injuries or concerns and is great to be around and work with.The facility is okay. Haven’t had any issues with other patrons. Low key vibe. I wish the soap dispensers werent always empty or broken in the womens locker room, though.

I cancelled my personal training in MAY of 2022- the general manager admitted to me that he did not complete the cancellation and that was why my card was charged three more times (after the two you still pay when you cancel) when I contacted them in June. I have been in touch with them multiple times since this happened and I still haven't gotten a refund which is almost $300 (it's January of 2023 now). I also cancelled my general membership after all of this and they also failed to do that and continued to charge my account. The only reason this isn't still happening is because I had my bank do a 'stop payment.'Literally hate this place.

The worst experience I've ever had! This gym continues the fraudulent activity by charging members even after cancelation and even in the free trial period! There is no free trial! They will charge you!I canceled my membership on December 2022 in the free trial period, and the guy called "Nick" said my membership had been terminated and I won't be charged, but a week later, there charged me, and when I asked them why , they said there is something wrong in our system, and it will refund in 2 weeks!Now it's Jan. Not only they have not refunded my money but they also charged me again and the same excuses, and now it's leading to filing a fraudulent activity reportsave you money and time, and never trust anyone in this property!

Nick was absolutely fantastic, very informative and he's got jokes!! Adrian, also fantastic and adds to your feelings of determination. Avant, (not the singer) was there and it was great, thanks for an awesome tour and I'm excited to begin my fitness journey here!! Cheers!!

Unprofessional company, I have been trying to cancel since for 4 months now, but they have had “issues” and are awaiting word from “corporate”. Not only have they not cancelled yet, but they’ve continued charging me these last 4 months, just to tell me someone from a different location has “upgraded” me plans and has developed charges stacking on each other, and won’t let me cancel without paying hundreds of dollars. Unprofessional cheating business with unhelpful employees from Lubbock’s 34th street address!

I broke my femur in October, attempted to contact to cancel my membership due to severe restrictions due to my injury and they told me I had to come in to cancel. I literally couldn’t come in due to my injury and I explained that. They never offered to email me the form, failed to notate my account of my request for the cancellation due to my injury. When I went in today they refused to give me corporates number and tried to say I would owe them for the next 2 months as well even though I went in exactly like they said. I offered to show proof of my injuries with my medical documents and doctors notes, and the employees wouldn’t even look at it. I also explained that I did tried to call and the employee said emailing me the form was an option! I explained they never offered me that option even knowing my situation.This is terrible customer service.It’s now been almost two weeks with no resolution, no call back and no follow up and each location never has their GM available. This company will lie and lie and lie to you.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Most of the staff is nice. The gym itself has a lot of equipment so it gets 3 stars all for the value aspect. For cleanliness and equipment quality id say it's a 2/5. Set something down in the back corner of the gym and you can tell it isn't getting cleaned like it's supposed to. The bathrooms are usually pretty nasty and things look pretty old. Wish there was a bigger area for carrying or pushing weight. It gets pretty crowded rather quick. Some benches have the upholstery cracking, which is a bacteria breeding ground. Overall it is a great gym to workout at.

Hands down great experience! I was in town for a week and they provided me flexible services to meet my needs. Saul Escamilia was an elite team member that provided top shelf customer support. Absolutely great experience and I would recommend this gym to anyone passing through or even members of the Lubbock community. 5-stars across the board!

Upon walking in, front desk guy asked me to scan a barcode and give them a 5 star review THEN asked me to hand him my phone so he could type the review. Don’t know if management instructed them to do this or what.Seems really dishonest, makes me think all of these reviews are fake.UpdateStaff found where I work and are review bombing my place of employment because I gave my honest feedback. Only positive reviews are valid I suppose.

I love this gym. They have everything you need for weight training, and all the equipment is well maintained and organized. I especially enjoy coming here in the winter for cardio and calisthenics on the monkey bars! I also see a staff member cleaning the equipment regularly.
