Mostly unsanitary equipment, treadmills are dinosaurs, I would say 3 stars but staff is incredibly rude from top to bottom. Cancelled my membership and now they are pushing me to stop in to cancel, this should be fun. Not to mention, they gave me a hard time when I was standing near the entrance because I was “not working out”, instead waiting for my pregnant wife to complete her work-out. Apparently you are not allowed to walk around if you look a certain way, I doubt they would question someone who looks like them! I’ll be contacting corporate!

This is the best TruFit facility in Lubbock. The layout of it is great and simply makes sense. All of the members here consistently demonstrate gym etiquette. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. The only thing missing here is a standing calf raise machine, but everything else is amazing!

This is this only place I know of that can't open up when they are supposed too. This is also the only gym I've ever been too that the trainers don't teach their clients to wipe down the machine after they use it.

Recent reviews must of been bought or a requirement for all employees. LOL Enter at your own risk: MOST EFFECTIVE WAY OF CANCELLATION, is going directly to your bank, and getting a new card. Super sad organization.
