The childcare here is amazing they are always so friendly and attentive Maize and Anthonia always play with the kids and welcome them by name. Alex at the front desk staff happily great you every time you come in and out.

It was my FIRST Day, I left my headphones on the treadmill and went to restroom for 2 minutes. My headphones were gone. I went to front desk employee for help, and they were super rude and first they said they can’t help, second they said they would need police report to see the cameras, later they said, they had no cameras. Awful, Horrible, never come to this gym. Suggest going smaller gyms with trustworthy employees!! 0 star for this Gym!!!! Super rude employees!!!!

Chris,Ty, and Billy are good people and are always reliable. The only issue I've ever had was with administration and failure to act on serious issues. But the people actually working the site are great. Chris is a good manger and has his personnel on point like Ty and Billy.

After being a member since 2019, I went in to cancel my membership in August 2022. I filled out some paperwork and I was told that my membership would be cancelled. I called today, September 20th, 2022 just to double check that my membership was cancelled and that I would no longer be charged and they said they show note of the cancellation in their system but that they lost the form I filled out. Luckily, I kept my copy of the form and I now have to send it over to them because they lost their copy. The lady that I spoke to was not helpful at all and did not care that they lost the original copy of the cancellation. I asked what the solution would have been if I didn't keep my copy of the cancellation and she said I would have had to redo it and pay another 2 months. The customer service is terrible and I have heard of people having trouble cancelling their memberships. I am so glad I called and followed up. The note in their system that I went in to cancel on August 9th should have been enough proof for them to honor my cancellation. Be careful when cancelling your membership. They are dishonest and conveniently "lose" you cancellation documentation. I thought it was a little sketchy when I had to go in to cancel and the form looked like it was made on a Word Doc. It's 2022... There should be an electronic form to fill out and cancel so they don't lose the paper copies.

Male member entered the women's bathroom while occupied without announcing themselves or putting any kind of sign out or without any warning he was in there. My wife only knew he was in there because he said something to himself as he walked out. I requested to speak to the district manager through a different store so I could get a meeting set up with the worker and the district manager to figure out what should be done. The other store worker instead of working to get a district manager they instead warned the worker and had the “operations manager” call me who basically blamed us for all of it and basically said we was lying about the circumstances involved the worker claims he sent another member in to ask if the bathroom was cleared which of course is a lie as my wife says, she didn’t know it was a male until he muttered to himself.They claim to have spoken with the district manager but as of yet I have not and they are saying he isn’t available this is coming from multiple workers so who’s story is actually correct is unknown. Watch out for this place is you have a problem with a worker they will defend them regardless of how legitimate a complaint you have.When I went to pick up my equipment I was confronted by both the worker and the “ operations manager” The operations manager obviously is friendly with the worker as SHE kept putting her hands on him trying to sooth him. Co workers don’t usually touch each other in such a friendly manner. All of this was supposedly because he had to refill and clean the girls bathroom when there was a female worker there who could of ensured the room was in fact empty. All of this they are acting like we are wrong for being upset when it was my wife’s privacy that was violated and not so much as even an apology for this violation. It should also be stated that the bathroom stalls have rather large gaps that allow someone to see through inside pretty easily and this is why my wife was so uncomfortable.So many instances this could of been diverted by more careful attention to detail and instead of admitting their wrongdoing they are trying to displace blame and cover it up.****update after speaking with district manager****I wanted to add to this so I can be fully transparent on honest. The district manager Greg(hopefully correct spelling) called me promptly Monday morning to discuss the event over the weekend. He was very apologetic and showed real compassion and understanding for the events that transpired he also understanding our discomfort of going to the gym going forward canceled our membership and refunded us not just the monthly fees but the yearly dues(which came out this month) this was above and beyond what we expected. He also assured us that the employee will undergo training and in the future all trufit gyms will undergo further training to prevent this from happening as well as confrontation training to better handle these situations as it was handled very poorly.So yesterday I had rated them a 1 due to the local employees poor handling but after speaking with Greg my estimation has risen. So if you have issues with local employees just know if you have a legitimate problem someone in the company will address your concerns appropriately. I also want to state that I never asked for the employee to be fired just wanted my wife’s and my concerns addressed appropriately and Greg handled it how I feel is correctly.Hopefully the two employees from yesterday can take a page from his playbook and learn from this because two customers have ended their memberships due to their carelessness and lack of tact. Thankfully Greg stepped in and turned a possibly severe situation around and prevented it from escalating further.

I highly recommend TruFit to anyone. From my very first day there everyone was so nice and welcoming, the staff, the coaches, and all the members. My favorite part is the child care, because I cannot use my son as an excuse to not work out. I can take him there and work out knowing that he will be having fun. Very family friendly gym.

I only had a gym membership for a few months, but I always received the best service from the front desk and the staff at this location especially team member Adrian! He greeted my husband and I always and always made us laugh and made the environment more enjoyable! This location was always fun and positive and I will definitely be coming back when I can again!

I like that I can use all the different locations. The workers are always nice. I don’t give 5 stars only because of bathrooms aren’t that clean (been stuck with no toilet paper a few times) Overall a good gym though.

Great crew members! Nick was awesome! We walked in and we’re automatically welcomed with a tour and got signed up right away. They have many locations and a variety of machines as well as different classes! 10/10 recommended

Awesome experience! Love the environment and not crowded like other gyms. I came to get a tour and GM Nick was so helpful! My boyfriend and I signed up for the couples membership because they’re running a promotion! I love it here.
