Stinks and always dirty pretty sure we get a annual fee for cleaning thats like a whole +$40. Cant even doodoo💩😅 in the restrooms loll gross afffff. Also someone got jumped to death here 👎🏽👎🏽Smh. Pretty sure this location a cash cow but they have made 0 improvements since the same machines have been broken, rusty, or uneven for months. Also the sauna breakes every week. The restrooms in the lil restaurant dont lock. The parking lot b full af n im pretty sure its the hs kids from across the street. They have any excuse to close all the time. So many excuses and inconviniences because of covid………….but no employees wear masks. If u call them u will get put and hold and wont even talk to the actual gym it will send u to corporaate. Also u cant cancel ur membership unless u freeze ur bank account amd dont expect any refunds. 100 police reports from the gym and many ambulances have pulled up here . Should i keep goin…….

This gym is HUGE.It is usually crowded.After 10 pm, it isn't as crowded.Plan to do a different workout just in case as you have to wait a while before you can use the weights or machines for the more popular equipment.

This location is always full! There aren’t enough machines for the amount of members. I’m always having to wait 10+mins for a squat rack to clear up, and even then I might have to wait an additional 5mins just to find a barbell that isn’t in use. On top of that, members never re-rack and no one has done anything about it. It’s inconvenient to be searching for weights(sometimes you find one and then the other is no where in sight). When you do find machines, weights, or benches that aren’t being used, most of the time they aren’t wiped down because they hardly refill the paper towel machines. When you enter the changing rooms🤦🏽‍♀️ they are disgusting! Hair everywhere, different colored liquids on the ground, the mirrors are dirty. And I don’t think anyone cleans the dry sauna because that floor is atrocious.

Don’t matter what time someone goes to that gym, it’s always so crowded! Or it might be that it feels so small compared to other fitness connection in the area. Never coming back to that gym! There’s people literally fighting over benches!

The man who helped me set my account was apparently a personal trainer. He vas very persistent on trying to get me to buy his services. We went over my weight, eating habits and did the warm up they offered, and even tho I am healthy and didn't loose my breath in the workout he kept pushing for me to get him as a personal trainer. Then I singed up my friend under my account and later that day my boyfriend(they are my workout buddies) they were supposed to be under my bill but instead they keep sending messages of unpaid fees to my friend and they absolutely didn't let me put my card for my boyfriends subscription. Planning on canceling. Great equipment but Horrible system.

I would not recommend fitness connection kids center to anybody. Morgan the supervisor of the kids center is very rude and unprofessional. I have had several incidents happen with her just within a weeks time when it comes to my autistic son. When I tried to have a conversation with her regarding my concerns she constantly tries to talk over me and I cannot get a word in edgewise. She just simply gets mad and says I have to leave. Not to mention the first day we were there my 3 year old son ran out of the center while she just sat at the table coloring. Her negligence could have been a mothers worst nightmare had I not stayed around to observe. I’ve been a member there for over 3 years. Never have I experienced such unprofessionalism or endured so many problems from this facility. It’s definitely gone downhill since 2 years ago. I also don’t like the fact that when I went to check my kids out my oldest one came right out bc he saw me. My 3 year old came shortly after. One of the girls stopped me and asked if he was my son? Clearly their picture pops up on the screen when checking the kids out and not to mention I had been picking them up for a week so she knew he was mine. She thought she was being funny bc he looks white and I don’t. Morgan the supervisor happened to be standing right there and they just smirked about it. I don’t think racism of any kind is funny. Fitness Connection needs to do better.

Really like this gym a lot but recently canceled my membership. Besides location reasons, the fact that is not 24hrs like it once was really sucks because I used to be able to go home from work and rest before going to the gym without worrying about the gym closing and rushing through my workout.

My daughter paid $53 to start a month ago…just paid the $10 per person on the 1st and now they just charged another $53 per person today ($159.00) but never explained to her about the $53 annual fee. Had they….we wouldn’t have agreed and would have went elsewhere. I get that signing the papers locks her in but it would have been nice to let her know UP front what the fees were. Bad customer service…..Bad business…!!!Please don’t respond by telling me to contact someone because i just sat on the phone for an hour waiting to just be told it is my daughter’s fault and there is nothing that can be done….!!!!

Okay, this gym is probably that best gym that I've been to in a very long time. They have everything you can think of from basketball courts, hot tub, wet shower, dry sauna, and three lane Olympic size swimming pool. And of course every gym equipment you can think of. Not only you can have a great workout here, also a great relaxation spa!!

I truly wanted to like it here. The girl who gave me a tour was so kind. Unfortunately, the good ended there. The womens locker room was filthy. Trash in all the stalls. Just gross. The worst part though was the womens gym. There was not a single dumbbell on the dumbbell rack. Weights everywhere. Barbells laying all over. I mean does anyone here have gym etiquette??? Then to top it off, I told Thomas at the front desk and his response was, verbatim, “I mean theres only so much we can do”. Wow! Sold! Smh guys. Step it up.Edit to add: They only respond on here to 5 star reviews, maybe the owners are part of the issues.
