I'm ur memeber last one year you need to put one notice pls customers donot use your mobile phone while resting on machine give chance to your other partnerAnd you have amazing machines I have ever find in dallas you need to add chest and pull ups bars machines.As a old bodybuilder I m so lucky to find this place very neat and clean too

I had a chance to visit this Gym a couple of days ago and I must say I was shocked at how big and nice it was for this price point. Although it was crowded it was still enough equipment to get a decent workout in without having to wait too long for different machines. Also I like the fact that they have lots of cleaning station located throughout the club. This is not my regular gym so I didn't explore all of the Gym but what I saw I liked and the cafe with healthy meals for sale was also another unexpected surprise. I may seriously consider this Gym when my membership is up at my current Gym.

Broken Machines go for months to get repaired and the gym is overcrowded with out of shape people

Other members have no gym etiquette at all always trying to claim multiple machines. One person will have 4 pair of dumbells it sucks

Worst experience ever. Just got told I’m in a contract when I NEVER received and email with my contract information. Then the manager hangs up on me. A welcoming email with the perks doesn’t say you are in a year long contract.

Great location to get things done.. Staff is a little cold tho, (the guys) the ladies always greets with a smile and warm hello. I travel to several locations and this seems to be a trend tho. Not asking for a over the top, but some days a simple hello will be good.
