I love this gym! It can get a little crowded but they have amazing customer service! Especially Anthony who has always been helpful in answering any questions!

Could be cleaner and more secure. There is often car glass in the parking lot. I ask about car break-ins. But front desk staff always say they don't know about any.

This review is not for the gym itself, but the customer service displayed by the manager. There were some issues with my account, and Anthony, told me to come in last Friday and he would resolve them. Unfortunately, when I came in another manager had taken his place and told me there was nothing at all that he could do about the situation. Told them I would wait until Anthony comes back in. Went to see Anthony this Thursday, and he remembered our conversation from the previous week, and took care of the situation like he said he would.Customer service seems to be a lost art these days, with so many people going to work to just collect a check and acting as if they do not want to be there. Anthony conversed with me, told me about his weekend with his family, and made it clear that he is more than just busy and is an approachable person that genuinely cares about his customers, his role as manager and the company of Fitness Connection in a whole.The company needs more employees like this to teach other employees how to represent the company in a professional manner. I hope this comment goes beyond and reaches someone who sees how important it is to have employees and managers like Anthony. Give the man a raise and a promotion. Very clean place very safe environment machines and other equipment are always maintaining properly perfect place if you have kids because they have a daycare on site

I’ve been to many gyms and fitness connection in mesquite is my favorite. It’s very spacious and they have many good machines/weights. The employees are also great. Shout out to Anthony the manager, very cool guy, he definitely cares about us members and our experience.
