the manager samantha was absolutely disgustingly rude i came in with a day pass and she stopped me because according to her she had seen me multiple times and that i was using a day pass for a whole week when i had only gone there that day since i was on vacation she spent a good 20 minutes of my time yelling at me and berating me because she’s so insecure she’s a poor excuse of a woman she should not even be a manager she’s ruining their image completely

The PF here is always in tiptop order. Every time we come in there’s no headache to get machines and it’s always clean. Hooly always makes sure that everything is on point

I had to change my review since I had a very bad experience with the staff. Due to their inefficiency I was force to close my membership. Can't say the name of the employee since she refused to disclose it. Really believe they should train better their staff.

Horrible service provided to me by the employees, management was extremely uncooperative and did not value customer satisfaction. The entire interaction has ruined my view on PlanetFitness and i will be cancelling my membership along with my friends who went with me.

Kind of in shock that this location has almost 5 stars. Only reason I’m giving it two stars it’s because of its location, if not I would have gave it one. This gym is a huge mess, groups of people take over the machines and are not considerate of the amount of time they spend on it. Employees don’t enforce the rules. People literally make videos on tiktok live chatting with their followers while taking all the time in the world. The dumbbells are never where they should be. Good luck finding the one you’re looking for. Employees always on their phones. I was offered 3 months free today when I went to cancel and I denied. Such a shame because this location was never like this before.

Everything was all good until I seen a roach. Bathrooms needed attention. They are busy though.
