Good place to workout. Just don't try to shower. The water doesn't get hot even after ten minutes of letting it run. This gym is super convenient but due to this one factor, it's gets a mediocre mark. If they fix it...I will change my review to 5 star.

Great staff and place!I called for information to sign me and my daughter up, spoke with Michael who was very informative and helpful, he was brief and straight to the point and guided me step by step on how to sign up online because I didn’t have time to do it in person. I didn’t feel rushed or forced. I can’t wait to work out comfortably and at ease. I hope the staff gets commission and benefits for their amazing job!

Update : The person who tried to charge me the $40+ to downgrade the membership was a manager; seeing as no attempt was made to resolve an issue with a long time member, I’m lowering my rating.Original:Went in to downgrade my membership from the PF-Black to regular since I haven’t used my membership in a very long time. At that point I was informed that I had to pay $40+ to change it even though I had recently paid the annual fee and the monthly membership fee. Basically another initiation fee even though I’m already a member. I went ahead and canceled my membership as this made no sense.The club it’s self has well maintained machines and is kept clean. Had it not been for the above issue they would have gotten 5 stars from me.

I went to planet fitness today to get a gym membership for the first time. I was kinda nervous at first and unsure of what deal was the best but Kamal was very informative and amazing in explaining the aspect and the quality’s of the gym. I would definitely recommend this gym to everyone that comes.

This gym is clean and staff is nice but I do have concerns about the gym. There is only 1 chest fly machine which is always full of people and most times can't even use it, they have enough space to put 2 more but guess budget is tight. Also the place gets filled up with teenagers that either talk to each other on the machines instead of using it or they make loud annoying noises to try to set off the clunk alarm which I hear even while using my headphones(very annoying). I hope the owner addresses these concerns since I would really like to enjoy this gym when I go and be able to use the machines.

This planet fitness has a good environment where you can workout in peace and nobody ever harasses you. The staff are very friendly too, Kamal has taken care of all our family needs, good customer service.Recommended. I have been coming here for the past 3 years. Not a bad experience at all.

I normally do not post reviews but the service and attention provided at the Hialeah Planet Fitness is exceptional! Thank you Diego and to his staff for not only being professional and knowledgeable about the equipment. The facility is clean and well maintained. If you live in the area or work in the area I highly recommend Hialeah Planet Fitness!

Great staff! Fantastic environment. My favorite staff member Michelle is always positive and very attentive to the guests. She makes it a very comfortable place to visit and work out. I wish there were many more employees like her. Thanks and keep up the good work.

This is an excellent gym with great staff. The gym is constantly being cleaned and sanitized. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. From the manager to the regular crew, they’re all very helpful and knowledgeable. Florencia always welcomes me in with a nice smile and a positive attitude. Whether it’s 6AM or 10PM she always has a burst of positive energy. Thank you Planet Fitness Hialeah Gardens !!!!
