Beware of this place, once you sign the contract if you move to another state, city or country there is no way to cancel a membership unless you go IN PERSON to do it. It is amazing this happens in 2023 when everything is done online.Plus after 2 months trying to cancel, now I got charged extra for the annual membership.Ridiculous!UPDATE 05/2023:Do not trust the "reply" you see below this review .Up to this day I have not received a refund for the membership renewal and the monthly fee I was charged one month after I canceled the subscription. I had to drive over two hours to the gym when I was back in Miami to cancel in person the membership. Unfortunately because they make you set up autopayments directly from the bank (not a credit card) you cannot dispute the charge.I was charged on April 3rd when my due date was the 17th of each month.That know exactly what they are doing.Please refund me because the BBB report I made is on the way.

Had the worse experience with staff on May 23rd 2023 at 11:30 am with the person in charge, can't say her name since she refused to give it, that is why I am giving the exact time hopping that someone above would be motivated to find her. On my point of view she is not capable of customer service and should be replaced at least to another position.

I call and they have bad costumer service. I work for planet fitness for two years and that never happen and now it’s horrible

I am disappointed in how my fitness journey had to end with this location because equipment was not working. They put yellow caution tape to inform you. Then as I am canceling I found out I was part of a promotion for a watch I didn't even know about. Then I specifically requested for a plan that I would not get a cancelation fee and with pf black card , I still had to pay 60 dollars for cancelation fee. I was inform of renovations being made.
