The gym is really clean and I love to go every day, also the employee named Hooly tries to help the people training and is a very kind to everyone.

The lady at the counter was super helpful and nice. She should have a raise for customer service.

Kamal was very detailed explaining the memberships. So excited to start my workout!

At this gym, older than 18 are allowed to do exercise here but the children, or children younger than 13 aren’t allowed to enter. This means it isn’t possible for older people to bring a child to the gym. There isn’t a designed area for the children to sit. Horrible experience. Hate this place forever.

The gym is very clean and the club manager is very helpful. I did have to cancel my membership and they assisted me with that.The only reason why I’m not giving it five stars is due to the customer service from the girls at the front. I am a personal trainer and have been to many gyms here in Miami and was very surprised of the way that they treated me. I went in for my first day and asked for a tour because I signed up online and the girls in the front pretty much ignored me and waited for a gentleman, which I’m assuming is a club manager, to come and assist me.I can only imagine how one would feel if it was their first day going to a gym and being treated like that so I hope that the managers read this to improve the way that their staff treats their members. Although I had to move, I continued to pay for the membership here, and went to another gym instead of this one.

Something is always broken and it takes forever to get it fixed. We pay an annual fee so the machines are up and running. The bathrooms 90% of the times are dirty. I'm not sure about the mens but at least for the women. Thanks ~ Martika

June 26th 2022Nemesis was very kind as to when I walked in through the doors until I left after my workout she honestly deserves a raise helping me find a machine when i couldn’t find the equipment since I’m new to this gym. Tyvm !!Kamal:Kamal was very nice in informing me whether to eat protein or not after my workouts which I normally don’t do since I binge later on.Isack:A very SPecial thank you to ISACK since I came last THURSDAY June 23rd especially since I did and died 7 miles on the bike. Aswell as offering me to use the back rooms since I know isn’t allowed but it’s. Nice to see employees taking care of their patrons especially the gyms since we’re all very vulnerable and try to be the best we can be.Carlos:Very tall dude last Thursday very kind to help me find the bikes since again I’m new to this gym as I try to get in shape thank you all to help make a good experience at this gym . Good people.

Outstanding location, Alex was very professional and helpful! He helped me with the process of creating a membership, figuring out the process and getting straight into my workout with no problem. I can’t wait to tell my friends about this place :-)

The best gym ever! Super friendly staff, always clean, and they go above and beyond any expectations. I love it here!

Worst gym ever. Girl up front rude and said she wouldn't let me in with my phone number even though I've been paying over 49 dollars a month for over 2 years. My app was not working and they tried to fix it in pines but still didn't work. Nobody spoke English in the entire gym. Hardly any machines and all on top of Eachother and not enough to even get a workout. It's a storefront and not deep so every person is on top of Eachother and not one freed up machine. If your really into working out don't bother coming here.
