I am very grateful especially to the customer service representative, Anayelis. She helped me with my membership. I was not sure and she informed me of all the benefits, hours of operation, and I was able to obtain all the information I needed to made the decision. I’ve been coming here for a year now and I absolutely love it. Would recommend everyone especially novice lifters to come here. With the help of the workers and the advice the give especially one worker called Mateo, he is a great help. Just awesome.

Went in to check on sign up information and was helped by Destiny! She was such a great help and assisted me with all the answers to my annoying questions never lost patience and was determined to help me out! Gym was squeaky clean and she was on point on acknowledging other potential clients/customers coming in the building while helping me as well. 5 star well deserved

Had the WORST experience at this planet Fitness. Samantha the manager is unprofessional she yells at club members because “she is Cuban and she speaks like that” (that’s what she said to me), she harass girls specifically because she has self esteem issues!! I emailed planet fitness about the situation and they did nothing!! Definitely don’t recommend going to this club! It’s true what they say about planet fitness being the worst gym to go!
