terrible attention, they made me wait 30 'for a salesman to attend me and then they told me that he was busy again and I had to wait another 30 minutes.

Not up to date. This is probably the only equinox in the country that requires members to bring in their own locks. How inconvenient. This is supposed to be a modern gym. Get combinations on the lockers and i will change the rating....have complained for years. Managment promises them yet nothing.

Gym is not up to date. Most of the equipment is dated and the gym hours of operation are extremely weird. During the week they used to close at 11, now they close at 9 and weekends they don't even stay open past 6, which is insane to me since all other equinox gyms I've been to in prior years stay open until late in the evening. Very disappointed since the gym membership is exactly the same as for higher value equinox gyms.

I like the location, it is is never very crowded. However, as one of the previous comments has mentioned there are bugs at the gym, that is gross. I saw one in the yoga studio just after visiting the gym only for the second time. Equinox, that’s not acceptable , you must fix it

Hello, I’m sorry, but this gym deserves a 5 star. This is a gym it’s not social time people!!!! This gym is super clean and machines are well kept and on top of that new. The staff, especially front desk, are super nice, attentive and cordial individuals. I see from afar how the trainers train their clients very well, and they are passionate about it even at 5am!! The bathroom, OMG, I saw their staff cleaning the grout between the tiles!!! Where do you see that?!?!? I do feel that I’m paying for what I’m getting which is quintessential service!! The manager is doing a great job! Keep it up! I love the vibe!Randall, thanks for the follow up and making the membership integration smooth and simple. Even when I was coming back to Miami/Fort Lauderdale from a trip!So far the gym is great, staffs are friendly, the facility is clean, and ultimately it’s a gym not a hotel people!!!! Just my two cents!Join the club, you won’t be disappointed if you are truly a workout alcoholic or at least close to it! Machines and all others are always available!!!!It’s not cheap but if you can’t afford it don’t join and hate on it after!!! Cheap @ss haters! Lol! You’re paying for quality and mixing with people of a higher level. Excuse me! LOL! This is no YouFit or Planet Fitness. VIP peeps! The gym is nice! Sorry for sounding snarky but it’s true though. What can I say! It is what it is! It’s overall a unique experience! It’s nice! You won’t be disappointed. I promise you!

What the F* happened to this place?- From Technogym machines to Life Fitness cheap average machines- Out of order equipment- Personal trainers look like they need personal trainers- Poor limited classes- 12 month commitments, we are in 2022 not 2009 anymoreFor $186/month with Planet Fitness machines, tells me poor management making poor decisions.Does not compare to NY Equinox gyms.But hey… it’s not fitness. It’s life. 😂😂😂I didn’t renew and just ended up leasing Technogym equipment.
