Got attended by Gerson, such a nice mannered guy and very helpful. He explained very well the membership plans and also gave me a tour around the gym!

While signing up with one of the employees named Adan, he was very, very kind and respectful. His kindness and professionalism was quite inspiring to return to the gym. On top of that the experience there was phenomenal and I enjoyed every second of it.

I love this gym, I've been going for a while now and it's great !!!. Especially with the customer service, specifically a young man named Adan. He helped me with my registration and answered all my questions easily and even took time to explain how things work around there. Please give this young man a raise for going above and beyond, and provide excellent customer service.
