The girl at the front desk today was unfriendly, had a bad attitude, and was extremely rude. She assumed I was trying to cheat the system by attempting to check-in twice in one day (I have Gympass). In actuality, the scanner had scanned the QR code twice by accident. Sure, this location has tried to improve by upgrading their facility, but that means nothing if your employees are rude. The least you can do is train front desk staff in customer service, because it is extremely lacking.

They all the stretching machines to personal training area and that area is not accessible for us. I used the stretching machine everytime I worked out. This is really disappointing. And Some of the cardio machines that we love to use in the old location are also in the personal training room, which we don’t have access, no basketball court, new location feels like a small regular GYM, not happy at all.

Dirty dump. It is a big place with not nearly enough equipment for the amount of clientele. About 1/3 of the cardio machines were “Out of Service”. The dumbells were a mess and most were missing their partner. The people are literally running to get to an open bench, or leaving phones, towels, etc on the bench/machine next to them because they were going to “use it next” 🙄. Zero gym etiquette. It was nearly impossible to find some 10lb plates.I paid 25$ for a one day pass because I live out of town. They’re making bank, no doubt, and NOT investing it back into their equipment. What a joke. The ladies locker room was decent.

I'm very pleased with this gym and feel the staff is friendly and helpful. I'm always able to complete my circuit training. The baths are clean and modern. I especially enjoy training with Elana! Always feel energized and excited after a session with her, the best. You can't find a better value than this gym.

Scummy business practice that tries to leech your money at any chance they get. Musty dark unventilated gym. Hope this gym closes down

This is an ok location but they really prioritized having a barley used “personal trainer” room over more group excercise classesThey have a few spin classes but they fill up like the minute reservations open. Apparently they can’t have more class because of only one excercise room! Poor design, should update the personal trainer room to something actually useful

I can’t believe how bad this location got. There were original two locations: a sport and super sport. I opted for the sport because it was cheaper. In the last year or so, they closed the super sport, and combined it into one location. This significantly impacted the gym.Don’t even both going after work. I couldn’t find one machine open. Several cardio machines were broken. There were lines for people to just get on a cardio machine. The open floor was so crowded I couldn’t even find a place to stretch. The machinery room in the back was terrible as well. And the parking lot had zero spaces open.Prior to the super sport closing, this location was fine. There was always room and machines were available.

Have tried coming here at various times and is always extremely crowded, at times unusably crowded. It's difficult to find parking and sometimes the only available weight machines are the out of order ones (of which there are usually quite a few.) Recently had been resorting to going to the Arques Ave location, which was never overcrowded and always had equipment in decent working condition until it closed permanently. Closing locations in the area is certainly not helping the overcrowding situation!

The only good thing is that this gym is open 24 hours but that is it, everything else is less than ideal. So many machines are broken constantly, bathrooms are not clean, and the staff does not know what customer service even means! They just DO NOT care and I wonder why they even hire such dispassionate agents? The front desk staff is the worst and they tend to oscillates between bored expression to annoyance if u ask them anything. Also most of the time u see people walking in groups and their eligibility is not checked at all. I wonder if the owners worry about safety at all. I wonder if reviews matter because even with a string of constant bad reviews, there is no improvement in sight.
