This place has become a zoo. I can never find any available machines. You have to hang around and wait for hours for machines. Not enough foam rollers, etc. I see people just sitting on one machine for hours and using their phones. Boy, this place has definitely taken a step back. As a matter of fact, all 24-hour gyms are in the same shape these days. I guess this must be post covid rush ;-)November 2023: Almost 35% of all the equipment is broken in need of replacement or repair. I am OK with paying 20 to 30 extra bucks a month for newer and well maintained equipment.

Lol it's sad there aren't good gyms in the mountain view area because this gym is straight trash. Rude front desk, none of the weights are in their place and 50% of the people are taking up equipment for no reason. 1 star for the water bottle

It would help if all the equipment that's complained about would be fixed within one month. If that happens, I can give it one more star.Else, it ends up like the other older club in the same parking lot.

This 24Hour Fitness is the worst, they have more than 8 threadmills out of service for more than three weeks. They also keep the gym too hot, this is a gym, they should keep the tempretature at 65 or so, not 73, or at most 70! They also turn off ceiling fans, as soon as it gets just a little colder outside, which doesn't make sense at all.

Probably the most impressive 24h Fitness location in all of Silicon Valley - new equipment, clean, not busy. But for some reason they don't have Adaptive Motion elliptical trainers. Why not replace some of the regular elliptical trainers with AMTs?

Sometimes, I can’t understand how some businesses can exist at all. Let’s talk about 24Fitness. Before I start - this is one of the best locations of this network in Bay Area. But, it has a lot of problems.1. Equipment. In cardio zone more equipment is broken than it is available. That is ridiculous.2. Pool overall is okay. I recall few times when water was super cloudy. Management told it’s “okay and safe, we need just to clean it up with chemicals”. They questions is how and why do you keep pool opened for use if you need to clean it up.3. Amount of unauthorized people in gym / change room area is crazy. Often I see homeless people using showers, have food, etc. I can’t believe my eyes.4. Offently amount of people in gym area is crazy. Line for one equipment could be easily 3-5 people.3 easy steps for the business owners to make this business alive.1. Increase price x2. It will reduce amount of people and increase satisfaction.2. Use investments to make sure equipment is ready to use and it works.3. Improve check-ins/outs for guests to increase safety and cleanliness, decrease unauthorized visits. Please DO something!!!! Or just close the business.

Nobody racks the weights. Pins missing on machines.

More than half of the treadmills don’t function. It is unacceptable for the gym to charge you $50 a month and half of its EQ is broken.

Where do i even begin. Customer service was non existent, poor communication, gym equipment is dirty now and also the equipment is so outdated compared to others. Also don’t kick people out for selling electrolytes OUTSIDE the property.Santa Cruz Medicinals we stand with you!

After eating my breakfast consisting of grass fed beef and raw milk I went to the gym to get a quick workout in. It was going fine until I had severe cramps due to an imbalance of my sodium, magnesium, and potassium electrolyte levels. Unfortunately the manager just got done banning Brendan from the gym so I was out of luck. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GYM!!
