Of all the 24-hour fitness locations in the South Bay area, this one is the best. It's open 24/7, and as of writing this post, all the equipment at this gym is in great condition. They got a small 4-5 lane swimming pool (that must be reserved ahead of time), a big room for group workouts, or individual workouts if no group workout is in session, a personal trainer area/room that's only open to folks who have a personal trainer.Overall, it's very clean. The squat rack section is spacious. They got 6 squat racks. I like the quick and easy to use attachments for adjusting the height on these squat racks.A few things that I wish were different - 1. More space for all the upper and lower body machines. That section feels very congested during busy times. 2. There are not enough machines for popular exercises.3. No basketball court.

They moved some stretching machines to personal training area and that area is not accessible for us. I used the stretching machine everytime I worked out. This is really disappointing.

The most rude staff and personal trainers ever. Overall my experience from going their, is there the worst staff ever I understand it's not your company but take some pride in your job space. It doesn't bother me much either way because I'm their to work out but the staff is the worst ever.

Over-crowded since the gym across the parking lot has closed down and combined with this gym. Equipment in gym regularly breaks down, with no one fixing them to working condition for months. I estimate that at least 10% of the machines in this facility are broken, maybe 20%, which funnels the crowd to the working machines.

Ok gym but the only reason I ever go there is because it is the only 24h fitness in the South Bay with RPM at a decent schedule. I drive from Milpitas for this and today when the class started all bikes were immediately taken (some were even pre-reserved). There is a reservation system but nobody checks ( I had the reservation for the class). When I asked about this at the reception all I got as a "yes, ok" and shrug... no "sorry" or "we are working on fixing the problem"... Nice work...

Used to have two locations next to each other, they closed one down, so the gym is super crowded.Long waits for dirty machines that are constantly broken and not fixed in a reasonable time.

Very dirty lockers and showers ! Hairs everywhere! Short staffed and people walk in with shoes all around the swimming pool and jacuzzi !People go in to sauna and steam room with sweaty smelly shoes and dresss!

For a brand new gym it’s baffling how many of their Cardio machines have an “Out of Order” sign on them. It’s about 50-60% of their cardio machines which is insane. Also, they don’t have mirrors on the Olympic weigh rack area which is a huge safety risk for squats and other exercises.

The gym is always very, very, very crowded. I’ve tried every time possible - Eg, 2 pm on a Wednesday, there is no free machine or free weights station you can use. I have never seen something g like this in 20+ years of using gyms. It is overwhelming and a waste of time, you just end up using whatever frees up first. Less equipment now after remodel - Eg, one leg extensions machine vs 3. I regret paying for annual membership, the gym clearly wants to recoup its investment and doesn’t control how many people they let in.

Helpful staff, diverse selection of equipment, including; pool, spa and sauna.A little bit crowded during peak hours but overall, best value.
