This is a horrible place is you are serious about working out. 1). Users do not remove weights. Having to removed 4-45 lbs weights from each side of the "one" adequate leg press is unacceptable. Further it is impossible to do super sets the limited equipment offers. For calves they use to have a sitting calf raised that they removed. Now on a couple of below machines remain. I pay monthly and just signed up for Golds where I can actually work out and not always be upset when going to gym. If you are serious about working out -- suggest you try American Barbell Clubs (rebranded from Gold's gym).

Customer service was absolute trash. One of the employees had the worst attitude I've ever experienced. He literally yelled at me and told me to "get out of my gym" after I was upset about the 3 day policy. Me and my friend from out of state moved here for the summer and couldn't use the 3 day trial period to check out the gym because we "weren't local residents" even though we moved here for the summer. Would never walk in here again.

Poor Management Customer Service , especially the current acting manager who's running the store this month May 2017. Front desk Female associate name Gris doesn't know anything To help us client / customer just to activate a 2 year membership from Costco instead of helping asking customer to move out the building and transfer / inquire across 24 hour sport . All male associates was really nice , accommodating and helpful except to the Manager who's assigned running the store . He don't deserve to be a manager !

Great equipment but every single member is paying a different monthly since the sharks (sales people) are trying to up-charge at all times. Why not be more honest and and transparent and have a set rate. Also a bit dirty and crowded.

The lady during the early mornings is great; and everything else is terrible! My membership was about up and I asked 2 days ago when it was to expire, and the man told the 15th of this month. Today, I go and am not allowed to workout as it has expired! The place is very dirty and towers all over the place and many machines are always down. I would not advise anyone to join.

2016 Membership fees are higher than ever! Qualitty is very LOW!! Showers room and swing pool area closed for the last 3 month. Drains are not working at all in this building from the restroom to showers and etc... That is NASSTY! Nothing has been remodeld since, which i was told when i was paying for my yearly membership! Im member since 2005, and this is the worst it can get, and we are in year of 2016.Equitment are old and dirty!! Cant touch nothing and nowhere you can step. I also was told by the support team that a chinese company bought 24hourse fitness. This my last year as member, defently it is wrong to suport such a dirty and nassty place, which supposed to be a place to relax and enjoy! PAY MORE AND GET LESS!!!!

When this SuperSport opened, it was nice. Since then, it seems to be heading into disrepair and apathy. The front desk staff is friendly with greetings, but when trying to discuss maintenance issues with them, they don't seem to be as interested. At one point, there was a shortage of collars for the Olympic bars. I asked if they had extra and their reply was "yes, you just have to look for them." Another time, a cable machine was missing a clip to attach the various handles. Their solution was to "go find it yourself" (which seems like an odd reply when I'm asking them).

This SuperSport is decent, and is nicer than the Sport in the same parking lot. Some of the machines are a little older, and the locker usually has a wet floor at peak hours. The highlight is the aquatic area, which has a pool, steam room, sauna and hot tub. The showers also have doors, which seems to be uncommon in lower-tier 24 Hour Fitness locations. At the CostCo price ($650 for 2 years), the membership is worthwhile over the Sport price ($400 for 2 years).

Nice people, but the facilities are terribly outdated. The men's showers are consistently out of order, or the drains are backed up, or, right now, there's a hug hole in the wall. The bikes and treadmills tend to be on their last legs - squeaky, wobbly, not providing the resistance they should. It's embarrassingly bad. My guess is they want to drive everyone to the more expensive Super Sport plan. That's probably where they get all of their equipment - the new stuff goes to Super Sport, and the old stuff then goes to this one. Honestly, the worst maintained club I have ever seen.

Came here for about half a year. The facility itself is pretty large and has all the equipment you would expect. They have an okay swimming pool. If you come in before evening it's not that crowded. Having a gym that's open 24/7 is VERY convenient. Only reason I left is to join Planet Granite.-1 star for sleazy business practices. When I signed up I felt like I was being pressured into signing up for personal training even though I already had a personal trainer where I work. Also, you cannot cancel membership online, you must call by phone and wait on hold to cancel.
