Reasonable gym. Large with pool/hot tub/sauna/stream room. Unfortunately, they don't have towel service. And the newly renovated gym combined two previous gyms, so predictably it gets too crowded for comfort.

They open it up again it looks really nice!!. The girl receptionist is rude as hell! I come here to destress myself and the first thing is I’m greeted by a rude receptionist. No wonder they only have 3 starts.

Call to cancel my membership and their call center is “closed”. Call to open a membership and their call center is open. They aren’t open 24 hours. They charge a hidden fee of $50 when you open a new account. They also charge you to freeze your account if let’s say… you are in the HOSPITAL! $38 to freeze my account for 20 days. Go to 24 hour fitness if you like doing business with a sleezy company.

For this review, I give 24 hours fitness super sport company a rating of 1 star due to the bad experience we received from the unhelpful, intimidating, and discriminating behavior of an employee name Kenny L toward us, the longtime customers of the company. In the evening of 1/11/2022, about 6:00 PM, I drove my wife to the 24 hours fitness store locates in Mountain View, California. After I checked-in with my phone, I went to the machine at the front row, about 5 yards from the front desk, to start my work-out.My wife stayed behind, at the front desk to ask the worker there – Mr. Kenny L. to help her to check-in because she forgot the phone at home. Mr. Kenny then asked her if she has any ID with her. My wife said that she has no ID with her because I was the person who drove her to the store. My wife then asked if Mr. Kenny can check her customer record by checking her name, or her address, or her phone number, etc. so she can check-in. In similar case of forgetting phone before, my wife was letting check-in after employee at the front desk checking my wife record and my wife provided correct answers about the details in her customer record. However, this time, Mr. Kenny told my wife that “no ID no check-in” and asked my wife to clear-out the front desk area to keep it safe for other customers. Then Mr. Kenny paid no more attention to my wife. After my wife realized that Mr. Kenny would not let her checked-in and was asked to get out of the lobby. My wife asked Mr. Kenny to help her to get to me to get the car keys so she could drive home to get her phone, or to stay in the car to avoid the outside cold weather. At that time, I was working-out at the machine 5 yards from the front desk. Mr. Kenny could have done so many things to help my wife without violating the company policy of “no ID no check-in”. Mr. Kenny could escort my wife to me, or he could walk the 5 yards to tell me that my wife needs the car keys, or he could call me out to the front desk with the PA system, etc. Instead, Mr. Kenny ignored my wife request and focused on his own thing! as we recalled, at that time Mr. Kenny just sat at his chair and not really do anything! After making request 3 times to Mr. Kenny, to help her to get the car keys from me, without getting any response from Mr. Kenny. My wife had no choice except walking toward me at 5 yards away from the front desk. At that time, Mr. Kenny jumped-out of his chair, walked after my wife, stopping my wife and started yelling at her. Mr. Kenny is a big man, he is weighting at least 300 lbs, towering over my wife, and he is not talking softly. My wife is an old, tiny, and short Asian woman that weights 100 lbs. She was so scared when Mr. Kenny yelling at her. She has not done anything wrong. She just wanted to get the car keys to go home. But she got no help from Mr. Kenny and instead she was yelled at. As I heard the commotion, I came to give my wife the car keys and tell her that we both should go home. At that time Mr. Kenny started yelling at me too. He yelled that my wife walked into the store without check-in, without his permission. Mr. Kenny was so enthusiastic at yelling at us such that his mask slid down to his chin many times. In summary, the 24 hours fitness company could have done better with the policy of “no ID no check-in”, There should be more options to accommodate customers in case they don’t have ID with them. Instead of doing nothing to help, intimidating, discriminating toward old and helpless customers. 24 hours fitness employees could take small steps to help customers to follow the rigid company policies.

NEED A SWIMSUIT SPINNER!! It’s new and clean, few things that made just give 3 star are it doesn’t have a swimsuit spinner like other 24 hrs and also there is no folding mats. Management Please add the SWIMSUIT SPINNER so no water dripping water on the locker room floor, HAZARD!

The gym has everything you need and is decently renovated — it feels much better inside than in the other closest 24HFs. There are some minor things to be impoved here and there, but its one of the most functional gyms I’ve been to.

They renovated this center and moved from the old location adjacent to Kohls. While the new facility and layout is nice (thanks for adding all the new squat racks!), I'm baffled by the fact that almost half of the treadmills are in a perpetually broken state. Every workout is a roulette game of hoping I got a properly functioning treadmill in an already busy gym. For a facility that costs $50+ per month, I would expect equipment to be audited and maintained regularly. Super disappointed at the lack of care here 🤷‍♂️Another annoyance is that people will hog the squat racks while they lounge around on their phones / converse. It's cool to take a break — but squat racks are high in demand, and some level of courtesy from all patrons should be enforced. If you're one of those people, please — get your workout done and move off the equipment so others can get their workouts in after a busy day! This is not the place to be scrolling TikTok or catching up with others. SMH that this even needs to be said!

Fitness manager Tommy is a particularly nice and responsible person. After pregnancy it was hard for me to recover belly muscles and I told him that I need a specific machine which he helped to get.Girls on reception are nice and friendly all the time. After renovation the gym looks new, clean and has a nice view out of window.

the employees always clean while working out around the clock, showers are big, sauna is running smoothly, the dumbells are returned back to the rack, free weights are organized on the plate tree. the machines will go down for maintenance once and while as usual. they don't give towels any more.

This is replacing the better Mountain View location? There are no Handicap Parking Spaces. The ramp is a 1/4 miles. Although very large is disorganized and some machines cramped together and broken already? The staff are just hanging out talking amongst themselves and hardly give attention to members. Is there a Manager? I've tried to reach him 5 times and have left Messages?
