The "upgrades" were disappointing. While this gym was closed for the move, I went to a 24Hr fitness in Santa Clara that was recently renovated. It received a full swath of brand new equipment and it was AWESOME. So I thought I had that to look forward to once this location re-opened but I was pretty disappointed.None of the machines got replaced and some are definitely on their last legs, they didn't even get tuned up or adjusted to work better. No new dumbells or benches, no new cardio machines. The space is also slightly smaller, which makes it feel that much more congested during busy hours. There's a bunch of new squat racks, a nice new area for circuit training, the staff are all friendly enough, that's all good. The classroom is probably the most significant upgrade with all shiny new equipment, and it has a pool but neither of these features are of particular interest to me. The space looks nice, but the old equipment clashes with the aesthetic and leaves the feel of this new facility feeling aggressively mediocre, especially when compared to the gyms in Santa Clara or Redwood City.

This is the newest 24 hour in the Bay area; due to renovation. Impressive facility all standard but new equipment. The customer are returning the weights to the rack... See how long that last. Restrooms are new, and already I see customers use the restrooms as a personal private area; leaving trash and items behind. Regardless nice to see a new facility with a clean slate of hygiene before the customers destroy the place. The treadmill area has fans that are below the light fixtures creating a light strobe effect... somebody messed up during construction. Wonder if facilities will address this.

60% of the equipment is not functional. It has nicely printed label saying out of order.Front desk Staff never greets you when enter and when leaving the gym (only 24 hr gym I’ve been that they never greet you or talk to any guests - I’ve been in over 30 locations across multiple states).Weights are never organized and 20% of them are missing with 100% miss placed.Cleanliness is not up to standard as well.Overall mood in the gym is bad. Not even close to 24hr STANDARD I’ve seen

Nice gym with pool, machines, a lot of cardio machines, classes and free weights room in the back. Haven’t been crowded since there’s another 24 hour fitness nearby, so can get work done. Nice and friendly staff as well.

What can I say... I've never had a worse experience with a well known brand like 24 Hour Fitness before. Due to their incompetence at cancelation of my account, I lost $400over the course of the past year and a half. I had gotten my account cancelled before I left the country during covid, and upon coming back it seems like they didn't really cancel it. I can't even write comprehensively because of how agitated I am. Thanks for the $36 refund tho lol, waiting on the $400 I'm still owed!

It's big and much less crowded than the other one nearby. The row machine screen doesn't work. There are pads missing on machines. And why are all the clocks wrong?!?! If you're looking for a place to get a good basic workout, this is great. It's not a five star epic gym though, be realistic!

Went in for a 3 day trial. Waited at the front desk for 5 mins till someone came up front. Honestly I could have just walked in. Than was unable to get a 3 day trial since I have a NM license? Okay weird I live here now for school and don't see the point to get a CA licence. He let me work out for today, and this place is absolutely disgusting. The hot tub did not look very clean and the steam room was being serviced. This place is rundown, and looks disgusting. Do not go here.

The Sauna was set higher than 180 deg F. I informed the front desk personnel about it since that is what the poster on the door said. Front desk personnel said they don't know how to adjust it so they will just let their Manager know. After an hour, it was still not set right nor a sign posted to advice users it is not ready. Apparently the report was ignored and no action was done to address the situation. There is not even a sign on the office rooms who the Manager is that clients can talk to. The lax attitude of the staff maybe the reason why this facility is less frequented and so far is the worst among the 24 Hour Fitness Gyms in the Bay Area.

I used to go at super sport next to these location, but i start to come here because its more empty. But you guys really need to work more at the cleaning of the restrooms. And also to keep the air at the weights area. Its super hot and suffocated. And remeber, we still had te covid situation.

Staff are nice, the place is clean enough etc. Price is about the best o could find in the area. However, there is a slowly increasing collection of broken machines which makes for a frustrating workout sometimes, so far there is no evidence of anyone fixing any of them.
