Signed up for a three day pass online specifically for the location near my house. Received a reminder message from the club that I should check it out. When I got there, I was turned away. Perfect way to ensure I never go back.

I've been going to gyms for over 30 years and this by far is the worst I've ever seen. I was given a free pass, went during the overnight and recommended everyone to do the free pass to see for yourself.There are weights, equipment and trash everywhere. The "filtered" water dispenser was cloudy and barely any sanitizer spray to wipe down the machines/equipment. Even the bottles they use do not work efficiently. Sad image for Scarsdale.

Great potential but there are many issues that need to be addressed. Weights are scattered and never put back correctly. Machines are constantly out of service (peck deck machine has not been fixed since i joined). Very dirty and extremely dusty cardio machines. The locker rooms are an abomination. With proper management and oversight this could be a very good gym. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I haven't been here in a while, but this used to be a upper class Gym location. During the day, it's a 3-star at best, but overnight, it's a zero. 4am to 6am Men's bathrooms are filthy. 80% of weights are not wracked. I didn't even try visiting the showers. I just went home to wash up. Hope this review doesn't deter anyone from trying it out. I do, however, hope this gets noticed by management so they can do better.

Nice gym but hard to find weights and bars for your workout. Very messy

Great facility! Clean, well-lit, plenty of machinery, equipment. Popular yet roomy. A very pleasant experience!

Horrible gym. It is never clean, dumbbells are all over the place & equipment is always broken. It also takes a while for any equipment to get fixed. Not a well maintained gym at all.

Gym is not cleaned or maintained, broken equipment, lazy staff who do not clean. Dumbells all over the place. This used to be a great gym.Edit (to respond to the owners comment) : I have already reached out to you about all these concerns, none of which were ever addressed whatsoever.

Attention Manager or Franchise Owner!!You need to better utilize your night crew. There is no reason they shouldn't be roaming the gym cleaning, tidying up and organizing weights and other equipment that racks. Most 24 hour places use the night to their advantage to "reset"for the next day. Either you don't care or this is the new standard this gym is setting. Take other reviews that mention similar negatives seriously and do something about it. Responding, commentingand apologizing on this platform is meaningless unless action is taken. I do understand it is hard to find help these days but if it means paying a little extra maybe you can bring that up to corporate and get better quality worker's. Here's another suggestion... Come in one night unannounced and see what all the negative reviews are talking about for yourself. Please get this place back to the way it was when it 1st opened.

Before the pandemic this location was decent to work out and has almost everything you need. The staff don’t care, you could walk into the gym with no membership and they wouldn’t care which is likely why it’s packed at all times of the day. Before the pandemic this gym was never this full throughout the day. This place is filthy, and abandoned. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone clean anything at this gym. The equipment is always breaking, and they take months to fix the machines. This is probably one of the worst gyms around now, you can’t even get a real workout in because everyone is just standing around recording their workouts taking 5 minute rests between sets.
