Worst gym and it is always a struggle to work out. Will quit at the end of the month. Don't mind paying more somewhere else. At least you get the quality work out.

After covid gym standard has gone down a lot. Machines are out of order for months, nasty floors, trash everywhere, weights in every corner of the gym. Worst employees don't care always on cell phones. The franchise needs to pull the strings the right way.

Probably the worst gym I’ve workout at. Several machines have been out of order for months and dumbbells are all over the gym . I usually workout at night and had to deal with an extremely rude and arrogant employee a few days ago. When I asked for the manager’s card, he looked around for a second and said “ain’t got no more” and just walked away. I’m sure no one would appreciate being treated like that.

Fantastic gym. Helpful staff, the classes offered are great and large variety of equipment. The classes available are great for beginners to those more experienced; great for seniors. There is a swimming pool, section for weight training, and a section for cardio. 05/2023

I felt sham about who works person tonight yesterday he is a black man fatty Man n . He doesn’t have sense and give respect for person…. I told him check the bathroom there is no toilet papers but he replied to me he doesn’t care about it n that is not work he said ..

24 HOUR FITNESS - SCARSDALE- Manager is incompetent. Staff members having a good time at the front desk and there is no soap in the dispensers, no paper to wipe the machines, bathrooms always in a mess, dust on all the machines, paper on the floor. It was a better place before they filed bankruptcy. Staff members should multi-task. You do not need staff members and your managers sitting on his/her butt just waiting for a paycheck. This gym is poorly managed. The air quality sucks. Department of Health need to come in ASAP for an inspection. Companies file for bankruptcy because they hire the wrong people.

I bought an 8 personal training session before COVID. I had 5 left before the world decided to shut down and wasn’t able to use my 5 sessions that were left over. Moving forward, I became pregnant in 2020-2021 and wasn’t able to use my personal training sessions due to postpartum. Spoke to David and he was able to freeze my account and honor my unused personal training sessions for 2021-2022. Moving forward, I was getting charged again monthly for the membership and saw my personal training sessions were no longer available and was told by the “Training Manager” that I am “not the first nor last to complain” of this matter. He was rude and this is unacceptable!!! I paid in full!!!! I lost $1000. And I was told we received letters to take them to court, but I didn’t because David was able to honor my sessions. I canceled my membership completely and will never return to a 24 hour fitness due to their lack of respect for their loyal customers. And supposedly there is no corporate number just an email and they will not reply back as what I was told. What a shame!!!! Please do NOT JOIN 24 hour fitness because this is how they will treat their loyal customers.

Dave the manager is great. He helped me with a billing issue and provided great customer service resolving the issue quickly.

Clean, friendly staff and lots of equipment. They have a very large pool, steam room and sauna.Some lockers are broken but sure they will fix them. That's just routine maintenance.The pictures I have attached are from their website. I don't want to take pictures of strangers and post it without thier consent

Filthy. Currently looking for a new gym. When I joined I liked it. But now its just packed, never clean, broken machines.
