This gym used to be one of the best PF branches in the area. I don’t know what happened. Ever since the hours changed the upkeep changed also. They have had the same machines down for months.”Temporarily out of service “?! 🤔 The fly machine hasn’t worked in over 5 months, the circuit room has 2 machines down, the ab room has machines down, almost all the bikes are missing foot straps, ellipticals are wobbling. Random machines are missing pins so you have to take one from another machine. The staff is very nice. This is clearly a management issue. The hours were shortened and now 24 hours worth of customers are trying to get their work outs completed by 11pm while sharing pins and walking around broken equipment. Planet Fitness is losing its appeal. Closed by 11 and broken equipment. LA Fitness is looking like the way to go.

I love the gym but I wished you had a scale to weight yourself and a body mass machine to breakdown your progress. Thanks

Where do I even start..I loved this club it was a great experience for the first few months while I was working out here. Then COVID hit and I’m assuming money got tight for the club. For the last 3 years, I’ve been trying to cancel my membership with this club and they’ve been repeatedly taking money from me. I haven’t been in a Planet Fitness since before covid, I’ve been told there is a “balance” on my account and because of that I can’t cancel (corporate determined that was a lie). They have been checking me in every time that I call as if I was in the building, which I wasn’t. The fraudulent behavior at this location is ridiculous, and if the manager sees this, HI ALEX, I'm sick and tired of paying the rent for a building that I don’t even own! Get your life together Alex, do better!

Am glad this facility made great changes

Nice gym but going to take a break from this location. This morning, I spotted a couple of roaches around the lockers as I was gathering my stuff from women's locker room

This location is Outstanding everything is top-notch from the girls locker rooms to the ground floor, everything is extremely clean the staff is outstanding! So welcoming! Nothing but great things about this location!! Thank you planet fitness !! Keep up the great work!! Team work makes the dream work!!!

Best of the planet fitness locations in New York City. Equipment is repaired pretty promptly. Bathrooms are clean. There is ample parking in the lot in front.

I take the girls track team there and We get to all the equipment to do our workouts
