This was my third visit here since moving to the Bronx from Columbia SC (November 1st). I was lied to twice, one by a make and once by a female. All i want to do is transfer my membership. I CANNOT do it online or on the app. Last week I was on the phone with a woman who called me back and said she had changed it on her in, a lie. Yesterday, I spoke with a male who said the manager would be in today at 8am, so I planned to speak with him. When I arrived @ 10:30am a young woman at the desk said my membership had not been changed and the manager was not there and wouldn't be until Monday. I have a new license with a Bronx address, a change of address confirmation from this office, and a PF check in history that wouldn't take Sherlock Holmes to figure out that I do not live in South Carolina. So I will just keep signing in as a visitor because today's generation can use their heads and instead take what a computer says as infallible, a computer programmed by a Human. Corporate? I submitted my issue to these clowns via the website, and they sent me the instructions to transfer online. If I could have done it online...oh and of course they send this worthless information from a no reply email account. So I'll put up with it until I don't want to anymore and just go to Blink or one of 5 other gyms in NYC. Also, the water fountain doesn't work. Otherwise, great gym.

Great gym the only concern I have is the hand sanitizer. I went there 3 days straight and nobody has restocked the hand sanitizer stations. None of them. Literally the bottles have been empty for days. This really poses an issue with COVID as not as many people are sanitizing their hands. The staff really needs to increase their restocking game to keep everybody safe.

Just got back from the GunHill Planet Fitness. Place has been renovated, looks good. My only complaint is I saw 2 women working out with NO shoes on! One had no-show socks ,the other was barefoot! At the free weight area. 1st for me it's a health issue, because believe it or not, Covid is still out there. Not to mention Monkeypoc. But also a safety issue. Imagine dropping a weight on your barefoot? Not smart. People have to realize there are other people around you, & according to Planet Fitness that behavior is Not Allowed. Not part of the gym dress code.

The Gun Hill RD staff are always friendly and greet us going in and out. While the machines could be updated, whenever there is a broken machine, it is fixed in a timely manner. I like that they recently renovated. It shows that management is invested in their clients experience at the club. It would be nice if the Westchester Ave club in Pelham Bay seemed to care about their members. But that’s another story.

Been attending the white plains rd location since 2010 when it first opened. Really which they closed later in the weekend instead of being 24/7 m-Thursday. Like who is working out 1-4am ?? So stupid. Anyways they closed recently for 10 days and I thought they were going to replace machines. Sillyme. They left the same old machines and just moved them around. They didn’t even finish there are patches of paint and dust. Very disappointed PF. The employees do not replenish the paper towels and spray enough during busy hours and sometimes you’re left with out being able to clean your machine

There should be more disinfectant stations. There seems to be consequences for not wearing a mask after you pass the front desk. There is a safety issue, a disinfectant stations is located directly next to a Smith machine accident waiting to happen! No issues with the staff.
