This gym is beyond dirty and it was not the case when I first joined. Water bottles everywhere, left in the same location for a week!!! You can never find the weights because they are all over the place. Why can't the manager have the staff clean up the weights in the evening? I don't understand what happens in this place each day that the early morning risers are left to pick up the mess left behind. The women's bathroom, is disgusting as well. Someone needs to come in and clean house because this gym is worse than any I have been to. I go for convenience, but I am considering going to LA Fitness now.

If I could give it a -5 rating I would. Kicked out over 25 paying members because a few people snuck in !!! How are you holding this against the paying costumers, treating us like high school students, we pay for this if you can’t just close the gym on people who pay $50+ to come use your facility and you kick them out without any notice, horrible service don’t recommend. The managers words were “the more they sneak in the more I’ll close the gym, blame them” you can’t hold paying customers at their necks bc you can’t monitor your facility correctly!!!! Do better !

Very clean, spacious, individual and/or team sports, group classes, personal trainers... it's a whole vibe! To top it off, front desk staff is superb. A natural when it comes to customer service and making one feel comfortable in a new environment. When hiring, many managers and supervisors are often big picture thinkers. Without foresight, many are less detail oriented. I say this to say, this is NOT the case at XSport Fitness. The most important hire on any team is the first person to engage and welcome members. Naturally warm and an active listener are just two of the many positive qualities he posessed that my defenses and overly inquisitive nature melted away and I felt at home. And not just me, intrinsically he did with the members ahead of me. Remarkable quality to have and kudos on an excellent hire and an environment uniquely its own. It's not just a gym, it's not just a vibe; it's an Xperience!

I used to love coming to this gym until they got rid of the manager Sean. Sean greeted every member that walked in. He knew when I hadn’t been at the gym for a while everything. He engaged with the members and his staff. NOW!!!! The staff DOES NOT SPEAK!!!! They are so standoffish. Sometimes even rude!!! I used to be there 5days a week. Now I only go for 1. If your expecting a smile or greeting when you come in or a have a great workout JUST FORGET IT

Unfortunately, my experience at the gym has been quite unsatisfactory. The staff members, unfortunately, seem rude and uninterested in helping the customers. They just stay at the front desk, watching the customers in a creepy way, which makes me feel uncomfortable. The floor of the gym is cluttered with weights as nobody bothers to return them to their proper place, which makes it difficult to navigate through the gym. To add to my frustration, the utilities in the gym don't work properly, which makes it challenging to complete my workout routine. Although, I must mention that the previous manager was very friendly and welcoming, which was a great change from the current staff. Overall, my experience at this gym has been disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Am highly disappointed. In the morning and night I have noticed it has been very dirty the tissues are all over the floor the garbage is overflowing and there’s a bad odor. Also the lockers I’ve seen are being closed as there own personal locker when they leave. The cleaning staff needs to go around more to tidy up more. I hope these issues will be addressed I love this gym I go often but It can be better especially in the cleaning department.

Had a personal training session with Ramon. He was quite knowledgeable, patient & encouraging. He pointed out some particular things I needed to work, that I was not keen on before.

Roxy is the main reason why XSports is alive. She signed me up a while back and she’s the only face I haven’t seen change in staff the years the gym has been open. I'm not sure what happened to Roger front desk he was great too. But Roxy is the best and gives her all to this gym.

I’ll give the gym a 3.9/5 but the staff .5/5. I’ll like to say whoever job it was to choose the equipment there outdid themselves but when it comes to managing the equipment THEY SUCK! some equipment there has been messed up since forever. these are equipment I find to be vital towards one’s fitness journey. when something gets messed up in that gym you really have to put fire in the staffs stomach to fix it which I really don’t like. It’s seems they are more concerned with hitting there quotas than fixing and managing equipment. They make it seem so nice when you sign up but please beware. Personal trainers there are inconsistent. THEY WILL CANCEL ON YOU & you will barely get back a refund. I recommend that you shouldn’t really spend your money with them unless you really don’t have a clue one what to do when you get to the gym. To tell the truth RESULTS WILL SOLELY DEPEND ON THE WILL OF THE INDIVIDUAL. Honestly Youtube is a great fitness encyclopedia Do your research SAVE YOUR MONEY! & Don’t take advice from suspected STEROID USERS!
