A group of people were at the basketball field and when we trying to enter, they stopped us and they told us it’s close, but if there’s a policy that says they close at 11pm why do we see people and their play if there is policy it should apply on everyone

Gym is cool and lots of equipment but busy during the weeknight. Price of membership is always going up so it’s not an great reason for me to stay but it works for now.

Looks good but the big drawback I asked to train for the day, my son goes to school 12 mins away figured I'd get a session in with him before he goes back for the day. But when I asked for a day pass the guy told me that because of COVID they don't offer day passes.Honestly don't get it you can't look at the gym or experience it but they want you to immediately sign up for a membership?!? this place for as good as it looks gives me blink fitness and planet fitness vibes. So if someone can tell me how that makes sense you blame COVID for not allowing people to train for the day. Yeah ok that's sounds great, if we're going on looks or the pictures or looks half way decent, but the cavalier attitude of the dude up front at the desk sucks.Stay away I'll take my money elsewhere, I'm not gonna beg to train in somewhere they don't want you. I mean if that's the case close down the damn gym. COVID-19 LMAO fugg outta here. Absolute nonsense.

Absolutely do not recommend. Please save your money!!! I canceled my membership literally the same week I signed up. It’s extremely dirty and doesn’t seem to be cleaned not even weekly. I saw the same trash in the same spot 4 days later, with Poor staff and half of the machines broken or out of service. Staff doesn’t seem to care or know what they’re doing and it’s very overpriced. The basketball gym is very small, extremely hot and packed 24/7 and the pool is out of service the one time I went for a swim. The sauna doesn’t work and half the showers are also dirty or out of service. Do better

Two years ago I was pleased with how the gym was especially since I had rejoined. To date I'm really beginning to regret my decision. The gym is dirty and filthy to the point where the department of health or some state agency needs to come and shut them down. Very unsanitary, the workers are unprofessional. The trainers don't do anything but just congregate at the fitness desk like it's a hangout spot. I stopped going upstairs to work out due to the either the equipment is out of order or you can't find the free weights because they're either in the the basketball courts, by the machines, or the bathrooms. Speaking of bathrooms the women's bathroom is atrocious. Toilet tissue on the floor, no paper towels to dry your hands, hair always in the sinks, stalls just filthy, garbage overflowing, for dirty sticky y like you're at a movie theater. Toilets not being flushed, shopping bags from department stores being left in the stalls. At times I wonder if the homeless people are coming in and out the bathroom because how filthy it is. The studio lights have been out of order for over three months. The air conditioner has been out for God knows how long lockers are being used as people's personal closets and are not being clipped on a daily basis. All these things are happening at the gym but yet membership fees are constantly being raised when they shouldn't at all the spin instructor for Thursday's evening class comes late every week. The class starts at 6:30pm and he doesn't get there until 6:40 pm and then end the class at 7:10pm stopped attending that class because clearly he has zero respect for people time but yet our membership fees pays him. Why on earth should we pay for the gym when it's not worth the money. I bet you if this was Long Island where there the demographic is totally different none of the issues that are happening at the Bronx location would've been rectified immediately.

Unkempt. Staff gave up. Unofficial “Trainers” monopolizing weights and equipment. The plus is that the price is right. Can’t beat it. Lower your expectations. No A/C so far this week. There were portable A/C’s today. Bring water.

Could be a great gym. I feel like it's geared more towards people who are trying to lift socially And personal trainers. Definitely needs more squat Racks. Always packed except Sundays

I like this gym a lot good vibes. I usually came around 4pm which was great but also last few days came around 10 am . I was able to utilize the 7 day pass which was great and came EVERY single day lol. The elliptical machines were dusted by the staff when I got there around 4pm. I didnt like the fact that the dumbbells where everywhere and couldnt find the weight I wanted which made me feel overwhelmed so I had to leave that area and stick to the machines. The hydromassage bed smelled bad like sweat and I didn't see any cleaning supplies the first day but that was my fault for not asking because later I did see it was in the hallway before you go in the private massage room. Needless to say I had to get a shower after that. That was probably my only main negative. It seems to get crowded around 5 pm or so like most gyms. This hydro massasager does seem stronger than others I have tried. I like they have more than one and you can close the door for privacy. I was told day 1 that on the guest pass I could go to the classes but in the second day I made sure I got there on time for the class and was told that it was not included which made me go there for 6:30pm to do tai chi when I could have just came earlier and did my regular workout smh. That did leave me a bit upset. It was also the hottest week and I noticed the air conditioner was not working on the main workout floor. There were portables but it was extra hot which kind of made me not sure if I wanted to move forward if this will be an issue the entire summer of 2023. I didn't try the pool but looks cool. Infrared Sauna was nice and relaxing. The locker rooms were a bit messy but not terrible. I also noticed that a locker had a top in there from someone's bottle and it was in there the next day too so wasn't cleaned too well but guess can't clean or check all of them so I get it. All in all other than the issues I mentioned I like the gym and I would recommend this gym to others.
