horrible gym, i signed up recently and as far as i can see, there is no gym Etiquette.dumbbells can never be found. equipment always broken. and on Multiple occasionsi see staff members shirtless and flexing in the gym area with no care for the other gym patrons working out. its highly unprofessional and quite frankly Obnoxious.gym needs a serious change in direction staff and Management do not care.

I would stay away from this gym as management is not truthful and lies. I signed up for the gym with the intention of solely making a membership for one month. After speaking with the manager (josh) regarding making a membership I wanted to guarantee that I can make a member ship without having to pay a signup fee, maintenance fee or cancellation fee (that was the promo I was offered) the manager then told me that I would need to cancel before the 14th to avoid paying for the maintenance fee which I did, I also confirmed with the manager then even after I cancel my membership i can still use the gym until my 30 days are up from when I signed up which he also confirmed with me. Now that I canceled my membership to avoid the additional fees, they’re telling me that my membership is completely cancelled and I can’t use it anymore even tho I have about a week left.

I love going to this gym the atmosphere here is great and the staff work their butts off to make it a good experience

I visited this gym with my god brother and had a great time and it's a very good environment to be in and work out

Like the gym equipment, love steam room and massage machine; however disappointed with individual suena not working and it appears gym might be short staff gym locker room dirty!

Great environment, nice and clean. Staff is very kind also very welcoming. Thank you to ty and Roxy in the morning they are so great. Josh the GM is amazing, he’s very professional

I have been coming to this gym since it first opened up, and I'm shocked that in the men's room, the toilets are not working and not cleaned. This is horrible and unsanitary. Something needs to be done in this place.I had to go outside into the mall to use the men's room. This is embarrassing. What does this say about xsport!

Today was my 1st day at xsport and it went well. The gym was clean and the staff was helpful. They have so many different machines so there's no wait to get on one. I made a switch from planet fitness to xsport fitness because they are open 24 hours and PF is not anymore but if I would've known xsport had all these machines and amenities I would've made the switch a long time ago and not just because of the hours.

WHAT I LOVE :I love the variety of equipment.I love how easy it is to park and enter, the variety of energy drinks. They have a sauna, pool, sweatroom , massage table. For 36 bucks I can bring a guest, however if you are a late night member that benefit ends at 9pm along with the pool. Heads up this gym is 24 hoursWHAT I DO NOT LIKE IS THE FOLLOWING:Keep in mind I almost gave 3 stars, but variety saved them. Let's talk about the amount of water bottles left around and paper towel left from people cleaning the machine but not their work out area. This isn't the gyms fault but what IS the fact that they have no one to clean it up. There should be someone walking around every hour on the hour or every two hours doing a check for trash left. Then there are times the spray bottles are missing or broken.The point is bring sanitizing wipes with you because you it's consistently been an issue the past two months.I seen a cleaning crew last week for the floors but not once did they pick up any c4s or beverages left behind.I like the gym but they need to do better in the cleaning department.(Counter) STAFF:Updated February 26 2023:The employees have gotten worse and the gym is dirtier. I tried coming early to see if they clean it... but no there are tissues in every other machine and have the towels and frankly if you are an evening member just get the lowest plan bc nothing else is open to you just the work out area and sauna 4 stars dropped to 2Signed: An evening gym member 10pm

First time coming back after covid took over the city. Its still a cool gym but the upkeep has definitely dropped. Its a bit dirty and no one re racks the weights so if you like to use dumbbells goodluck. The equipment is on the rusty side but works fine. Its a gym. If you know what you’re doing you can definitely get the job done. I hope the quality of the gym makes a turnaround like when I first joined in 2019.
