A considerate, diverse and proactive group of people - including Sondra, Cali, Eduardo, Mark and Melvin - work there and make for a positive workout experience for me every time I'm there!

Very crowded during eveningsHave to wait super long to get a bench. Many machines are kept dangerously close to each other.

I worked with John to signed me up for a summer memberships over the past few two years, he was very easy to work with and constantly checked up on me throughout the summers making sure that all was good and even gave me several guest passes for friends whenever I asked. He has made the whole experience very easy and takes the time to get to know the members at the gym. I would recommend for anyone visiting for the first time to ask for him at the front desk!

Great experience getting setup with John Radzik from Crunch fitness. Made things really easy and has looked after us really well. If you are thinking of joining, would strongly recommend asking for John. Every other gym in the area tried getting as much money out of me but John was transparent and gave us a great deal. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time and it's what convinced us to join Crunch!

This location should have negative stars. The head of membership is incredibly rude and unprofessional. He was insistent over email to schedule an appointment, which I did, but then he never showed. He sent 4 emails about scheduling, but never sent an apology for not being there! The next day I went to Crunch with my roommate, who is a member. She said I could use her day pass. After the front desk took her pass, the head of membership began gaslighting me, saying it was my fault he missed the meeting. I walked out. My roommate plans to find a new gym with me. Crunch lost business from both of us.

Very unwelcoming place. I went for the free trial I subscribed for with my girlfriend because we both were trying diferente gyms around the neighborhood to pick one to sign up. The front desk guy was very rude, making fun of “bringing guest” to the trial and not even letting us talk. Also said that to workout we would have to sign up right away or pay for a day-use otherwise we should feel free to walk away. That’s definitely a place I’ll never come back, the free trial of the customer service it’s enough to see it doesn’t worth it, LOL.

Very crowded and unfriendly. A lot of the equipment is old and needs repair and there’s not enough of it. Not enough benches or room for free weights. Not enough leg machines. Sauna is tiny and smelly. Locker rooms are extremely tight; there’s hardly enough room to turn around. Not worth the money.
