Great experience at the Crunch on 83rd st. From working with Mike to get my membership set up to chatting with the rest of the team the gym felt very comfortable which I value a lot!

John is a gem! Glad he’s back at this location; if you’re looking to start a membership, he’s your man. Always have good experiences with management and staff. Everything is kept very clean. Can get a little overcrowded, but not as bad as other gyms I’ve been to

Ivan Padillo is a true Master Trainer! He was recommended to me because of my wonky left knee, and he truly lived up to what I’d been told. He was very aware of how my knee was doing during the array of his exercises, and had modifications and different approaches at the ready if I needed it. He is extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. All this, PLUS being a real gem of a human being. Book him now!!!

I've been to a few locations. This is probably my least favorite. It's a logistics issue for me. It's more up and down rather than spread out so it feels cramped. It makes things hard to locate. I'll stop here if I'm in a bind but not on the regular.

Not a good gym, but one of the better ones for nyc. There is equipment that has been Broken for months, some of the most popular equipment they only have one of, and the gym is one of the most cramped I’ve been in, but there are few gyms in NYC that do and other than the initial cost the pricing isn’t too extreme

This gym is just too busy and too cramped. There’s not enough stations you’re just constantly waiting. People super setting multiple spots at peak hours (which is morning, night, mid day). All of the stations are always being used, waited on by multiple people, and all of the usable ground space is taken anyway so there’s not a space to even wait. You’re just constantly in the way, dodging/bumping into people. The locker room is the same - small and cavernous. It’s just a cramped chaotic space. Stressful. You win I’ll find another Crunch to go to.

Kind of sad and pathetic place with cockroaches in the locker room, unfriendly management, aged equipment and molded showers.Such a waste of the space of former US Postal Station with 3 floors of Signature Crunch Club.
