Very nice facilities, well kept and sanitized. The trainers are very kind and attentive. There is one trainer William Lee who helped me even though I wasn't training under him to adjust and work on new machines. My only issue with this location are the stairs that you have to trek to get to one section to another when the elevator is full, but that is my only issue

BEWARE - Dirty facility, broken equipment & VERY difficult to cancel. I lost my credit card on premise and several charges were made against it. Immediately notified management, but lackadaisical response - monthly charges continued even against new card that I never shared w/ this gym.BEWARE - I wish I could give a better review, but finances are very tight and this is an extraordinarily expensive and painful subscription.

Very very poor customer service. They charge me a hidden fee in the moment I decided to cancel for my membership. They didn't explain anything. When I first started with them I got robbed. Someone stole my cash moved my cards around and I got a few charges out of that. They did nothing about it.

This is a great neighborhood gym. Membership fee is only $45.00 monthly and they have thousands of equipments inside including steam and sauna rooms. My favorite employee there is Maria Cardenas; she is helpful, polite, professional and goes above and beyond her duty to help the members. For this reason, I highly recommend that gym to anyone looking for a great place to work out.

5 floors of fitness on this site. The entrance has a huge selection of cardio machine and stair climbers and water vending machines with energy drinks. The second third fourth and fifth are aerobics floor with hack squats on one side and the other floors have a huge selection of free weights and cyber plus hammer strength machines everything you need for full body workout.

Tony Herrera is an excellent personal trainer, his expertise of fitness combined with his caring personality motivates me to come back. He tailors my workouts, always keeping them fun and challenging, but most importantly he takes the time to address a previous shoulder injuryimproving its flexibility. I highly recommend Tony, he is a trainer who really cares and goes above and beyond to help you achieve your goals.

I came in to check out the club today at this location. Very disappointed at the poor customer service. Spanish woman behind the desk was rude. I asked her for a tour of the gym and she acted like she didn’t understand what I was saying. When I tried to explain, she proceeded to talk over me to speak to someone passing by. Staff needs to be taught professionalism. I won’t be returning.

THIS PARTICULAR NYCS IS IN A VERY NICE LOCATION, A VARIETY OF FOOD, THE MUSEUM OF NATURAL HISTORY IS NEAR, THE 1 TRAIN IS A BLOCK AWAY, GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD...THE FACILITY HAS 5 FLOORS, AS WELL AS A WORKING ELEVATOR, THE 4TH FLOOR IS HAS UPPER BODY AND 3 LEG MACHINES A BIT SNUG, BUT AS FAR AS I KNOW THEY DONT GET LARGE CROWDS HERE, WHICH IS GOOD, ALL TRAINING LEVELS HAVE GREAT NATURAL LIGHT,THERE IS A BIG ROOM THEY USE ON THE 5TH FLOOR FOR CLASSES, AND STRETCHING, IF A CLASS IS IN SESSION THEY HAVE OTHER STRETCH AREAS 2ND FLOOR, HAS TREADMILLS AND MORE UPPER BODY MACHINES 2 STRETCH AREAS , CABLES COUPLE OF LEG CURL MACHINES , IT IS A PRETTY DECENT GYM ...PROBLEM NO PAPER TOWELS TO DRY HANDS OR TO WIPE DOWN THE MACHINE AFTER SPRAYING IT WITH SANITIZER, ALSO NOT ENOUGH MAINTENANCE WORKERS , LOCKER ROOMS ARE PRETTY O.K, BATHROOM NEEDS CONSISTENT ATTENTION, BUT SHOWERS NEED TO BE RENOVATED, BUT WILL GET THE JOB DONE, ...BUT A BONUS THEY ARE THE ONLY FITNESS FACILITY I BEEN TO THAT HAS A STEAM ROOM AND A SAUNA, SUPER COOL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THAT, I LIKE THE FACILITY OVER ALL AND I WOULD COME BACK.... CHECK IT OUT FOR YOURSELF

Horrible experience!!! I've been trying to reach a manager or someone who could cancel my subscription since I keep getting charged month to month, even though I moved out of the city over a year ago. They will give you the run around and are pretty cut and dry even over the phone. I wouldn't recommend anyone to sign up here.. heed my warning.

I joined when I moved to the neighborhood so that I could work out when weather was not good for outdoor workouts. Air conditioning has not been working properly this summer (no air in the main cardio area where treadmills are located), it’s impossible to work out there on hot days. The GM was very apologetic and gave me some compensation, but overall the gym has been very disappointing!
