I love this gym! The staff are incredible- Charlotte Goldberg showed me around the facilities and helped me with all of my questions. AMAZING customer service. Will be coming back.

Abid showed me around my first time there, super nice and helpful also mad chill. He laughed at my jokes and honestly my ego needed that today. Facility was also great and the steam room was quality. Saw my first self-motivated (Ik that’s not the term) treadmill with hamster wheel vibes and it was a good experience overall.

TMPL has opened me to community of new people after recently moving to New York City. I love the boxing studio and overall energy the gym brings. The staff is amazing, especially Charlotte who always says hi and always welcomes me so kindly.

Huge fan of TMPL. High quality and clean equipment, friendly management and staff, well designed layout, and lovely amenities. Abid was extremely friendly and informative. I especially love the scented cold towels. I will be back once I move in.

The facility is clean kept , the trainers are always willing to help anyone around them and are very friendly. Charlotte at the front always greets members with a big smile. Love Astor place!

Good gym good amenities but what’s makes the gym great is the staff. In particular the front desk girl charlotte. She is always so kind and helpful when needed.

The gym is equipped with top-notch equipment, providing a wide range of options for every type of workout. Whether you're into weightlifting, cardio, or group classes, TMPL Gym has it all. What truly sets TMPL Gym apart is its extraordinary staff. In particular, there is a front desk worker- Charlotte- that is extremely friendly creating the perfect start to every workout. Can't recommend the gym enough.

Don't let the old negative reviews scare you. I'm so glad I gave TMPL because this gym exceeds all expectations. I really expected it to be gross, tacky, annoying, etc. but it turned out to be a great community with a ton of gym equipment and space. Just a few workouts in, and I already feel stronger.Definitely schedule a tour and give this place a shot. Maurice did an amazing job at showing me around, and Abid really helped me sign my membership. You can tell everyone here really loves what they do
