You know I hate places that don't implement policies and then they have one employee that pretends like they're gonna be the one. If I'm paying you to let me tan then let me tan don't sit there and pretend like that 24 hour s*** matters when it doesn't other places. Or Other employees let you break it constantly. Irritated!!

I've been a member here for many years. Really low key, and I've never had any issues. It's clean and they do regular upgrades. It really is a no judgment gym and everyone is there to just do their thing!

Always a pleasure and super convenient. We travel all over the US for work and there's always one close by.

It's always a great workout and friendly staff.The only concern I have is that other visitors use the machines in the 30-minute express for just regular workoutsAlmost every time I do the 30-minute express, I have to skip a station due to someone not following the rules. There is a sign saying that the area is monitored by staff and you must change machines, but I have never seen the staff address this concern.

Decent gym... U get what u pay for. Of course one life has more space, more machines, but higher rates. This is just fine 4 what I need, I go late hours so I can't account how the occupancy is during the day. When I go I use whateva machine I need, depending when u go, I'm sure it varies.

Edit: Will be cancelling my membership after today. Not only are they out of paper towels everytime I come in. Today I went to use the restroom and there was no toilet paper in ANY of the stalls. I used the restroom before I realized and had to call the front desk to bring me toilet paper. There were no female employees so they asked a member to do it. I sat on the toilet for so long and no one came. I had no way of cleaning myself after using the restroom. Truly horribly experience!Original:This location is always so packed you can't do anything! Either all the machines are taken or there are so many people standing around that you don't have room to use the free weights. The children they allow in here for free sit on their phones and hog everything.

The place is comfortable, kind staff, with excellent equipment for beginners and toners. Dry weights are limited. The only negative is the constant walking back and forth to get paper towels and disinfectant to clean the equipment after each use. I visited Lafayette Indiana Planet Fitness which gives each client a personal disinfectant spray bottle for cleaning machines which is to be returned on the refill shelf upon departure. I loved it. Wish every franchise would follow suit with the spray bothles.

Great gym! I've been going sporadically for about a year and regularly for about 6 months now. The staff is awesome and the gym is clean. There's always a friendly atmosphere! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they really need another bench station. It gets super congested all the time at those stations!

Planet Fitness really is a great bang for your buck, so no complaints from me in terms of the price. The staff is overall professional and friendly, but there are a few that are not professional at all. Luckily they are not the majority. My biggest complaint is the 30-minute circuit training room, which is supposed to ONLY be used for that purpose. People go in there and hijack the machines and have no intentions to rotate when the light turns red. It's very frustrating when trying to complete a circuit but can't.I complained to the manager last week and he sent a staff member to monitor the room. Once he saw that people were not using it properly by not rotating, guess what he did...NOTHING! What's the point of all the signs and/or rules of the gym or anywhere for that matter, if they aren't going to be enforced. It's very frustrating. I limit my days per week at this location because the staff is so laxed. Members can essentially do whatever they want.

Very affordable. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and amazing. I like everything about this place except…. Some people that come here sit for long periods of time playing on their phones and hog machines for a ridiculous amount of time. 15 min on a machine and doing maybe 20 reps gets annoying. Also people don’t know how to clean after using the equipment. So 1 star is taken away due to some of the people that go here, but not because of the staff or the place itself.
