The gym has great space and facilities. You get a lot of options for a membership including squash, basketball, spinning, a crossfit area. The downside is that the equipment was old, lots of cardio machines were broken. Also the classes play music way too loudly to the point that it's disturbing.

I've been going to this location for a year and absolutely love it. The staff are friendly and have always been ready to assist whenever I need help. There's plenty of equipment and I've never had to wait for a machine. On top of that, I recently renewed my membership and I appreciated how upfront the salesperson, Elizabeth, was about the the contract. She didn't push anything on me and made sure I knew what I was committing to. Looking forward to another year with BSC!

Signed up for $5 down, got November free, and i went once before deciding never to go back and canceling my membership. Half the equipment is broken, the staff is pretentious, employees speak ill of their own franchise, told me that things break all the time ajd they have no idea when it would be fixed, and the Men's sauna is apparently always broken. I initially signed up because i thought BSC held high standards but honestly i go to Planet Fitness at Downtown crossings and the difference is night and day, also saving $30 bucks a month and always having reliable equipment is a plus.

I love it! Perfect location and a lot of parking spots. Peoples who work here they are really nice and always they're trying to help you in any situation. definitely for me the most important is customer services and they care about that. More than others who they just simple want your money and always care about selling. But here is not at all like that. I really recommend this gym if you live around and you want to feel in a very good environment sport club.

Con artists. They'll scam you into an overpriced contract for mediocre facilities, make cancelling as difficult as possible, and give you the runaround when you finally try to leave. Avoid at ALL COSTS. There are a billion superior gyms in Boston - for cheaper!

Great place, pretty much everything that I expected on getting. The membership employee gave me the tour, made it very clear how much I would be paying and why I would be paying it, and all the things my member ship would give me access too. Great place to work out, was exactly what I was expecting.

STAY FAR AWAY! The the reps are very, very dishonest. I thought I signed a one year contact and was not informed that it would re-new automatically. They charged me for a full year ($800) without my knowledge. When I spoke with the manger SHAWN BURNS he was rude and dismissive. This is a dishonest business that I am reporting the better business bureau.
