Had the most upsetting experience at that gym when members uses multiple machines at the same time not allowing you to actually organize your set of workouts! FYI I let the managers know about the issue they don’t even care about it. They mark the machines with bottles of water or cell phones while using and pinning the other machines too, they make it seems they r being used by somebody!

Great gym! A lot of equipments, nice and clean environment, many parking spots. I’m moving out so I had to cancel my membership and it was very fast and easy!!

Every piece of equipment is broken and/or filthy, there’s not enough equipment either and some of them don’t work because some pieces are missing, very crowded all the time, impossible to work out even when I go everyday around 6:30am

It was a gym very crowded at 5pm when school is in. Feels like they crammed some equipment into an old warehouse because they did lol. Still can workout!

First time here and they didn't open on time on a Saturday. Over 30 min late and I left eventually. Over 15 members standing around outside waiting and leaving.

Super busy between 4 and 7pm, the showers are cold, sauna doesn’t work, they don’t offer towels since 2020

Excellent gym - good mix of everything a gym needs for people to train at any fitness level. Good atmosphere too. When I eventually had to move, cancellation was extremely easy. I have heard that was an issue in the past... but they've clearly fixed it, as I've never had an easier gym cancellation in my life.

I really enjoy BSC however showers are a basic amenity and at this location there has been no hot water for several weeks. Before this the sauna was down for several weeks. Would likely get 5 stars if amenities were repaired in a timely manner.

Definitely not the best gym you could go to, they are known for scamming people during the pandemic when they were going bankrupt, making it hard for others to cancel membership and then charging them for months after they stopped going. Had the same thing happen to me but thankfully I got my money back. Dont go here find another place

I started doing gym here and at first I didn't know anything and I had a lot of pain in my back and legs, so I decided to hire one of the personal trainers, I don't regret it. Jordan has helped me a lot and I no longer feel the back pain I used to feel.
