BEWARE DECEPTIVE MEMBERSHIP PRACTICES. I enrolled for myself with my family. When I cancelled, they cancelled only my account and continued to charge for my son. BSC did not tell me they created multiple accounts -- the GM did not even realize I had multiple accounts when I cancelled. She admitted later she didn't realize there were multiple accounts, but told me it was my responsibility to know this!!!! BSC IS UNREASONABLE.

The gym is really great, nice staff, lots of machines. I was not super impressed with the yoga class I took at all, instructor was pretty lousy and set a weird tone for the class. It seems like workout class wise the spin classes are the only decent option. Hire some better yoga instructors or workout instructors, try to build more of a culture around that, cause it was definitely kind of awkward and not relaxing. Also some other cardio class I took an instructor was trying to make everyone play Rock Paper Scissors during it....? I straight up walked out ahahahahha

My husband has been trying to cancel since February! He went in person and they told him it was gonna take 45 days to process. then the pandemic happened, still they charged him march and even July. Now they say there was no record of the cancelation, every month they were charging him extra 15dlls because supposedly the card did not go through, their system's fault, as he does have funds on that card. Well, finally yesterday they did process $10dlls to cancel *(i had to called twice so I finally get someone to help), but today they called me saying it didn't go through and asked me for another card. Well they charged me $18 *(they said it was gonna be for the cancellation) I called and now they said it was because of the 2 weeks back in March *(which they have been charged previously already), really shady how they handle things and so many charges for NO reason! Do not go there. Unprofessional and they are thieves

Not only was I charged my monthly membership fee in April and July for a club that wasn’t open, but I was charged my yearly maintenance fee AFTER I canceled and made it clear I would not be returning for safety reasons. They have robbed me of $125 over 4 months and I had to report them to the AG office. DO NOT go here.

The organization rectified the issues resultant from the covid situation and refunded me the amounts billed after I couldnt use the service and asked to cancel.The people at this club location were helpful and essential to getting this situation resolved. Their corporate executives could learn something from these employees.

This is the worst Gym and the most dishonest company in the US. You sign up for one thing then they will switch your contract without telling you to a “rip off” contract. You call, you email or even speak to a branch manager and no one would care. Advice— try another Gym/Company!!!

If you’re planning to sign up for a membership, BEWARE. The cancellation is a joke. First off, They charge you a $10 cancellation fee. Then they charge you for the next 45 days. This is still okay, but what really makes me angry is that they charged me a $70 maintenance fee even after cancellation because the of the“hostage 45 day membership”. I literally paid $70 for 7 days of membership which I did NOT want.I tried to talk to them, but they said I need to speak to someone at the corporate. I called and they said this needs to be resolved by the gym manager Jacob. For one week, every time I call Jacob is either “gone to a store” or “just left work”. This is so aggravating. I just do not want anyone else to go though this kind of ill and irresponsible treatment. I have escalated this to someone at the headquarters, let’s see if they have the same attitude as these guys.

Great Gym, loved it so much I upgraded to passport and have been impressed with all the other locations ever since. Feel like no matter where I am its easy to get a work out or use facilities/ sauna etc...Corporate staff have been nothing but friendly and professional. Andrew Zappala has been a huge help in getting me info and working with me and my membership during the Covid-19 pandemic. Real lifesaver!Cant recommend this team enough
