Facilities are in mint condition and it's always clean. Plenty of equipment and space, simply a fantastic place.

Great gym. Lots of options from cardio to core. Great people around you and staff that get to know you. Need assistance? Ask the staff, always happy to help those in need.

Clean. Lots of machines in good order. Everything you need. Staff seems pleasant enough, but not always very experienced. I am a senior and I feel very comfortable here.

It works, got my workout in...has an interesting set up. Most of the gym is at ground level, but some of the weight areas and locker rooms are in the basement where you dont get cell phone reception. Not a big deal for me though. Didnt get a hello or have a good night when i came or left, but its not my regular location either so could be cause the employees didnt know me.

When I started it was clean cause it was new... not so much anymore. I’m also very illergic to dust mites and every time I’m there they are using brooms to sweep everything so I end up sneezing and watery eyes all the time! Mats and baseboards are always not clean... I asked if they had vacuums and I got a sarcastic remark from Miyra who works there... she was sarcastic with me a second time and I addressed her nicely... which she soon turned it around on me! Nobody to complain to at all! The owners don’t want to be bothered... not a happy person when I go there.

This is my gym. There are plenty of treadmills. The staff is friendly. The perfect gym if you want to just get in a workout and not stop for chitchat. Very clean locker rooms. The staff are tidying constantly.

How can I complain? It's so cheap. It is super crowded between 5-9 pm so the best time to go is before then. I do wish they would crack down a bit more on people who misuse the machines by just sitting on their phones instead of being prompt but it is a large place. They have a small, 30 minute workout area which is nice if you're in a hurry or just want some direction. People do use it for regular workouts when it is busy but it's still a cool addition.

Best Planet Fitness I've been to. Always clean, stocked, friendly staff (much friendlier and more professional than the Porter Square one), good equipment. The interior look and design is great, lockers have a good amount of space, even for my ridiculously large backpack. Always a machine available, but recommended to go very late or extra early. There is almost nobody there at 3AM if you can manage that. Love that they are open 24 hours a day, 5 days a week.My only gripe with PF (all of the ones I've been to) is they don't have any free weight bench press stands. Don't know if this is corporate policy or what, but it would be great if we could get some of those rather than the Smith machines. Nonetheless, it is unbeatable for the price and service you get at this location.

I have been a PF member since last Summer. I have visited many branches all over Massachusetts, yet, I believe Watertown PF stands out among them with its nice and friendly staff.

Large, nicely maintained with a great variety of equipment. They even have TRX. The young guy at the front desk was very friendly.
