Great price and more than adequate equipment and locker room to get great workout. PF adds a great deal of value to my life. Cost leader facilities but great value.

I must say my mask flew off getting off my car and got soaked because of the rain.. but Really planet fitness..? Selling the mask 1$..?!! Dunking donuts give them for free if you consumed their product and I happen to pay u for the black card and the YEAR membership but u can't hv my back on this very rare life time circustance.?!! Luckily I had my wallet on me..!! 🤣... next time I'll bring a BOX just to supply the other members who might happen to run in this misfortune cituation and require a mask. . thnks.!!

I canceled my subscription bc I moved and the gym was closed to “maintenance” issues aka they had covid issues as policies were NOT enforced to protects its members. Story should end there but it didn’t. I moved and was not in area but even if I was didn’t want to risk health and safety coming in. Despite this the insisted I come in to cancel. Spoke to three people finally I thought I was canceled. I put a stop payment on my bank info bc they kept trying to take the money without authorization. The bank stopped them getting it via electronic check however I must have used my debit card there to buy a Gatorade months prior to this. The saved my card info and now are attempting to debit my account months later for a membership I canceled. There is now a dispute being filed and coming soon will be a criminal complaint. My bank informed me that planet fitness has been doing the same thing to many many other people. This gym willingly supports fraud and unauthorized debits from accounts and when blocked will apparently save your debit information to try to back door into your account to steal your money!!! I will tell everyone I know and people I don’t steer clear! They may be nice when you sign up but hey Ted Bundy was nice to women before he killed them! Don’t be fooled and screwed out of your Money!! Go anywhere else but here...these people are crooks!!!!

Friendly staff, good sized space and very clean. Between the equipment selection and price I don't know why people would workout anywhere else (unless you want heavy weights or barbells which in that case, look elsewhere).

During COVID-19, I have noticed a significant portion of members who are not wearing their masks correctly. The staff is not proactive at all in addressing these issues and force the members to complain to them. I would recommend considering a different gym if you are in one of the vulnerable populations.

Extremely rude and physically aggressive manager - James Norman. I enrolled as a BCM to have access to the massage chair. The staff, all on their own, decided to give me 3 tokens for a 15 minute massage. One has been broken for ages - no repair. I have never met anyone on the one massage chair. This rude man, out of nowhere, no evidence, decides that 3 tokens (15 minutes) is violating rules, literally snatches the tokens out of my hands and yells "you can follow rules or get out". He them goes into my account, forges my signature, changes my account settings ( I should have access to any PF) and sends me a cancellation note. Picking it up with corporate and criminal system for Assault and Forgery.

Plenty of exercise machines and weights. No free bench press. Sterile vibe. A surplus of attractive women, which is a testament to the efficacy of the place. The staff at the desk were also delightful human beings during my multiple visits. Just something missing in a gym that I couldn't quite put my finger on.

The freeweights section has three benches. Just think about it.....I'm convinced whoever designed the layout of this gym has never actually worked out in a gym. The layout and design is seriously flawed.If you want to get a decent workout, plan on standing around like a vulture waiting for a bench to open up and having people stand over your shoulder waiting for your workout to end so they can use one of the three (3) benches.Inconsistent Covid rules. Sometimes the staff tells you to move, other times they let people workout right beside you in the X'd out spots.Consistently overcrowded. I've been a member at 8 gyms - this is easily, by far, without a doubt, the worst gym I've ever been to.

A solid gym with friendly staff and very clean. They've been more on top of ensuring people are wearing masks, which I appreciate. A good diversity of machines, but do not expect a ton of free weights. If you just like cardio, you'll definitely like this place. Can become very very crowded after 6:30pm- due to COVID, about 50% of the machines are closed off and everyone is off work.I wish they would remove some of the machines collecting dust and add more 2+ benches and/or Smith machines and another dumbell rack on the other side of the gym (where almost no one goes). There's enough space for this to be done with proper social distancing. It's super difficult to get in a good arm workout due to the crowded free weight space and limited weights available! It'd be great to reorganize the gym to get better use of the areas that aren't being touched.

Great until you try to leave. Had to write a letter of medical necessity and bring it to MY Planet Fitness in person then they cancelled my membership. This was after charging my acct. For 4 months after my initial call to cancel.
