The prices are fantastic and the gym is much clearer than the expensive gyms. People are great and the personal trainers are helpful and not invasive. I am very satisfied with Planet Fitness.

Lots of equipment and features such as stair machines, treadmills, water fountains, etc are broken. It’s constantly packed here and the bathrooms are gross. There seems to barely be enough staff to supervise the place and people constantly hog machines, especially the smith machines of which there are only 4 in the whole place. I’m cancelling my membership as soon as I’m done writing this.

I really liked it here because it was a good match for me needing late night workouts with my busy work schedule. It really set them apart from other gyms in the area and now there’s no options for those of us who need these times. They have changed their hours during Covid to no longer be open 24 hours during the week and they never went back.

Nice large gym, clean, not crowded. Has all the equipment (except free weight bench presses. They have Smith machines instead). Music isn't too loud. The best bang for your buck that you'll find in a 3 mile radius. Why pay higher prices for other gyms in the area when this one has it all?

There hasn't been hot water in the shower for over a week now. In the locker room and in the shower it's as cold as outside.

I wish I have a zero star to give you this two stairs still doesn’t work we have to wait on the line to do this exercises more than 30 minutes. They are terrible I never use the gym it was supposed to get charge for $10 monthly and I got charge for $39.99 and they rude they don’t want to get my refund I don’t recommend you to go here

HUGE SCAM ALERT! APPARENTLY TOU HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP IN PERSON OR WITH A MAILED LETTER, AND THIS IS ACTUALLY ONE WEEK BEFORE THE NEXT BILLING DAY OR ELSE YOU WILL GET CHARGED ANYWAYS. THERE'S NO INFORMATION ABOUT THIS WHEN I ASKED HOW TO CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP ABOUT THE WEEK YOU WILL GET CHARGED. THEY WILL ACTUALLY BILL YOU LIKE SCAMMERS!!!

I have been coming to this Planet Fitness since 2018. Recently there has been a new staff member who is the manager who is anything but friendly. A few weeks ago I watched her very loudly and openly fire an employee who I have always seen and has always been beyond kind and helpful. It’s wrong to do something like that so open and publicly especially when customers are around. Today I wanted to tan, she made a statement that wasn’t clear so I tried adding a piece of information I felt would be helpful about my membership and she snapped. She was rude and condescending and has been since that day I first saw her fire an employee. Every time I go I hope she isn’t there
